They topped off the tank, were very friendly, and educated us on it. This went a long way in giving us peace of mind and making us feel comfortable owning a propane tank. We recently got a fence installed at the property for our dogs, and they even came out to mark the gas line for us on very short notice. This was so very appreciated, and I wish every business cared about their customers like Heyob does.

I was told two weeks ago that my account is auto refill, and that I would get a delivery today. So I called them this morning to let them know that I had not gotten my confirmation phone call last night. The guy I talked to was extremely bothered by the fact that I called. About a half hour later, the truck was on my road, and passed my house up. I called back, and the service rep was almost irate. He said he would call the driver. The driver showed up and was very angry that he had to come back. Rotten service from this company. I will be seeking another provider. Went in and a guy told me he'd be with me in a minute. Two older gentlemen working in front of computers and I thought okay. So I waited and waited and it was obvious I wasn't that important to them so I left. Companies have to learn that people are more important than anything.
