Been going here for years and it pains me to say this: a month ago i mak an appointment for 2pm,…read morearrive 1:59 and lady with Crazy Makeup points at the chairs like i'm a dog and say "half hour". i don't LIKE those chairs... they're the original chairs like 15 years old with covers on 'em. yuck. so i run out when the "Joker" returns to her client. Today, aching bad from work and seeing no one in the lot, i wing it. one hour is $50. of course it's not REALLY one hour- more like 45 to 50 minutes. we're done and she barges back in before i have my socks on to ready the room for next person. i give $15 tip. she says "you strong, give more?". tried to hand me the three fives back and asked for a twenty. Really?? three times she said it. i just laughed it off. sorry, i got hit with $6800 medical bills in the past week so i think a 30% tip ain't bad. ... actually had me second guessing myself... am i cheap? Google says 20% is normal so no i ain't exactly cheap. well that's it for me, tim to find a place that doesn't Shame me for a decent tip.

After the facial, my skin actually felt a bit greasy rather than refreshed or deeply cleansed, which was a letdown. For the price and experience, I'm not sure I would return. It may work for others, but personally, I expected better results.

The staff was extremely unprofessional, rude, and made my mom and I both feel very uncomfortable. We paid and tipped 20% to both women that massaged us. The women first complained to us directly and then had the manager tell us we needed to tip more. Again, we tipped 20%. If there is a tip minimum (one that is above the standard at that), then it should be included with the price. The women proceeded to follow us to our car and scream at us in a different language.

With that, you can easily hear the customers in the other rooms but they have headphones that you can use with very relaxing music to tune out the extra noise. My masseuse did a very good job. She was sure to check on me occasionally throughout the massage. While her pressure was sometimes a bit too much in the shoulder blade areas, I'm always reluctant to ask them to scale back because then I feel like they go TOO soft lol. You can definitely hear people in the areas next to you. However, headphones are provided with soothing music. The staff are very friendly. I always recommend this spa to people and I always look forward to returning back for a massage.

Honestly it was what I needed. I think these massage artists are very good at their jobs. It's as tho they Know what you need, without telling them. I opted to pay the $10 extra charge to book with a level three Master Elite massage therapist. I arrived early for my morning appointment and was greeted warmly by Giselle at the front desk. I was pleasantly surprised to see a welcome sign with my name and the names of other new clients. The personal acknowledgment made me feel special! Erik my massage therapist, was professional and asked pertinent questions. What level of pressure did I like? Any pains or areas that I felt needed special attention? He did an excellent job on working out some kinks in my shoulder area. And worked out a slight flare up of my sciatica. An hour later I left refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated!! I made another appointment with another Master Elite in a couple of months. Every therapist has a different style and I would like to see which one might work best for me. I took the brochure home that explains the different subscriptions available and what they offer. Even if I decide against a subscription, I will definitely be returning again.
