We have been using Kerry Anne Schultz for almost 10 years for all of our estate planning,…read moreresidential and corporate legal work. She is an extremely hard worker and responds to questions at all hours including weekends. She is very smart, pays attention to detail and will take the time to make sure you understand all of your options. If you talk to her before you make big decisions she will help you avoid future legal expenses from big mistakes. Strongly recommend.

From the looks of it, it seems that this law firm goes above and beyond to try and treat its…read morecustomers as best as possible. Unfortunately, my experience this morning was not indicative of that track record. Regardless of having already been an established customer of the firm before and having already had very cordial and professional conversations with several staff over the phone the day prior, on calling this morning, I was simply trying to find out if the firm may have kept a copy of a document that might have been saved from the closing. While discussing with the secretary/paralegal what I was trying to do, I was place on hold and met Kelly the first time when she picked me up off hold looking for someone else and then proceeded to badger me over who I was waiting for. I hadn't been able to catch the name of the lady who had been helping me so it took a little effort to explain that I was simply waiting on hold for (whoever was helping me) to come back to me. When that lady did end up coming back on the line and mentioned that she was going to look for the document I had asked for in one more place and call me if she found it, I asked if I it would be alright if I took another moment of her time before we hung up to ask her another question. There was a little discussion about her not being able to give me legal advice, if it concerned real estate, etc. And then I proceeded to "start" to explain the situation to her as best I could,.... little over half-way into my explanation, Kelly comes back onto the line interrupting to again tell me they were going to look for the document I had asked about earlier and they would call me. I again, had to explain that I was trying to ask another question. Is it common practice to speakphone people calling into the office like a free-for-all and badger people? Regardless of the situation or timeline, if I am cordial, polite and respectful, its very easy to politely decline the help, or hand me back off to who was originally talking to me. Apparently in this situation the preferred method was to belligerently talk over and menace me as if I was doing something wrong for simply trying to find out some information. Kelly then made the accusation that she had no idea what I was trying to do or ask and that she was very pressed for time, and then continued to talk over me as I tried to explain how hard it was to ask my question when she was, talking over me, shocking. Maybe Kelly was having a bad morning, I don't know, but in no way did I do or say anything during my initial request, or half-asked question, to have warranted such an utter lack of respect or professionalism. Many times in the Real-Estate game, negotiations in-between parties involve an extreme level of finesse, as do the intricacies of the legal lattice require an equal level of patience, attention to detail and above all, the ability to keep calm under pressure. Hence the reason for this review since it seems a polite, respectful individual asking a question (on a voluntary basis no less) seemed to made Kelly crack so much under the pressure that she had to treat me in the unprofessional manner I experienced, and did so in full display of her staff. It was almost like I was a hostile witness, thank goodness I never have to do business with this firm ever again. Hopefully others will have better luck than I.

I had significant injuries and called Mr. Simpson for help with my claim. He navigated my entire case, dealing with two insurance companies. Mr. Simpson gathered all of my medical records, conducted an investigation, and put together a demand to the two insurance companies. The initial offer was approximately $10,000, which did not even cover my medical bills. Mr. Simpson filed a lawsuit and recovered over seven times that amount on my behalf. He would not back down, encouraged me to push forward, and fought for me until the insurance adjusters agreed to pay me a fair value for my claim. Mr. Simpson was willing to take my case to trial, but I made the final decision for my case.
