Mr. Simpson fought the insurance company and eventually recovered a very good settlement. After Mr. Simpson resolved my claim against the at-fault driver, he then filed another lawsuit against my own insurance company because they would not pay for PIP benefits due under my individual auto policy. Never have I heard of a lawyer try to do that, then I find out he was under a disciplinary probe! Found another attorney who was shocked to here he tried to get a retainer fee for a personal injury case! Stay away from this joke! His entire staff was rude.

Based on his statement the firm provided $1,456.00 worth of services. A bit more than I estimated previously, but still well below the $2,500 I actually paid.
