He immediately found the issue was an electrical short at the pump, and then pulled 275 feet of pipe from my well during a sleet storm and repaired the shorted connection at the well pump, and our water flowed again. We have a somewhat challenging site, with very limited options for well locations. They did some research, figured out what could work, and got it done. The site presented additional challenges (the joy of old houses!) after the work started, but they handled everything that cropped up professionally and with good humor.
