The shop has a fantastic selection of flavored gouda cheeses, locally made by a Dutch lady. We'll definitely stock up before making the trek back South. I'll get more pictures then too. All of these cheeses are very reasonably priced. Either way, I need about a couple of pounds of 12-year and some aged brick cheese. They were the best thing ever. I have this on my radar now. Whenever I go to Wausau or Stevens Point, I am hitting this place and stocking up on my cheese.
