The other thing, also which you'd expect but would be correct in this case, is the quality of meat being WAY BETTER. This is some of the best meat I've ever cooked with and just tastes, smells, and looks so much better. I always come in for more ground beef and end up coming out with a bit more (usually at least some jerky). Truly a great place! The really amazing thing is that you can see and smell - not just taste - the difference.
