Dr. Rosenfeld received $390 per session from my insurance, and still billed me for the $10 co-pay after I asked him to waive it. I did ALL the work to get my insurance to pay, too. Dr. Rosenfeld's office is stacked with piles and piles and piles of records, documents, and paperwork. I will not be returning there. He does not follow through, and he does not care about me, obviously. If you want an excellent, knowledgeable, empathetic, and overall the BEST psychiatrist in OC, make an appointment with Dr. Janet Conney, 12062 Valley View, ste: 129, Garden Grove 92845. Phone: (562) 342-3006. There is NO comparison. She would is well worth the drive!

This man is a disgrace to his profession…read more My elderly father was recently admitted to Saddleback Hospital after 2.5 months of medical issues and 6 ER visits to Mission Hospital. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's many years ago. He had become combative/agitated towards the later part of the above 2.5 months due to moves and meds not being consistent from place to place. Dr. Rosenfeld 'treated' my father during his last visit to the hospital. - Never once inquired from family about any of his history. - Never inquired Mission for records/history. - Made uninformed diagnosis after seeing my father ONE time. - Prescribed medication(s) to heavily sedate him, even knowing he was being treated for urinary track infection, which can also cause this agitated behavior. And here's the worst part. Knowing myself and my family have been through hell the last 2.5 months with these medicals issues, this arrogant bastard had the nerve to says this: "His neurosurgeon didn't know what he was doing by prescribing his medications (Aricept for memory and Depakote for mood). If he would've been my patient 10 years ago, he'd be fine." Unbelievable. What kind of real doctor would say this to someone?

When a loved one is struggling, the people around them are often struggling just as much, and most facilities don't acknowledge that. Solstice does. The group sessions designed for family members were genuinely transformative for me. They didn't just offer reassurance or pamphlets -- they gave me real, practical tools for how to show up better for my family member during an incredibly difficult time. I came in feeling reactive and overwhelmed, and I left with what I can only describe as a blueprint: a way of understanding what was happening and how to navigate it with more clarity and less fear. If you have a loved one in treatment and you're wondering whether to engage with the family programming -- do it. It made a meaningful difference in how I was able to support someone I love. That kind of ripple effect says a lot about the philosophy behind this program

The skills and knowledge I've received here have helped me better cope with anxiety, depression, and learn how to improve my relationships. Rachel at the front, keeps the place together and encourages like no other. Matthew sets the bar as an incredible case manager and facilitator. When speaking with him I felt seen and understood during a challenging time. And I've seen how the groups he leads with transformative practices has made powerful waves in how my peers and I tackle our challenges. Lena is a wonderful CM who embraced me as I am and helped me see a whole new world of possibility, at my own pace, as well as offering deep insights when facilitating our groups. And Dr.Turner has been a wise wizard offering support with tailored medication, speaking to me as an individual, and offering timely guidance. There's a list of more wonderful people here, like Ashly and her sound meditations, and Sapna with her artful activities for making breakthroughs. Jamie also sets a safe space that helps groups open up and process. The environment is welcoming too, which makes the experience less daunting, as well as the intake process with Aljan. The insurance and paperwork process is handled efficiently too. The care and wisdom shared within this facility has greatly influenced my sense of safety and helped me better my life. There's the family we start with, and the family we make along the way, and I will be forever grateful for all the people I've met here. All that to say, I definitely recommend them. Wishing you courage on your journey.

All that work at his office are great!! so caring and gentle and professional. They really advocated for me when my work comp insurance didnt want to pay for the ablation. They went above and beyond to get me the care I needed and tried different non narcotics . When I finnaly had my ablation done by dr Harris and it was AMAZING!!!!. It has been almost a year.. and only now am I starting to really get the pain back but still not to the intensity as before. The pain i had after the RFA procedure was much less from just one procedure . I was almost totally disabled before dr harris and other doctors had tried eveerything. Dr Harris is a miracle worker in my opinion. I could barely do my daily functions. Only negative is that you usually have to wait a little past your appt time for follow up visits..but it's also becase he doesnt rush the visit. THANK YOU thank you Dr Harris and the team!

I have a documented broken bone (Hill-Sachs fracture) and a torn labrum--real, objective injuries--and he made it clear he did not care. He talked over me, shut the conversation down immediately, and showed zero interest in discussing any solution whatsoever. No alternatives. No plan. No attempt to listen. His attitude was essentially: "You're in pain? That's too bad!" That's not medical care--that's arrogance. And shocking for a Dr that manages pain to just ignore everything you say, ignore mri results showing the severity of my injury, inability to function normally because of the pain.. to just kick you to the curb. This doctor would rather let a patient suffer than spend even a few minutes doing his job. If you're expecting compassion, problem-solving, or even basic professionalism, save your money and go somewhere else. You will not be heard here.
