Apparently a thief or thief's are breaking into units and there's nothing that can be done. This has happened twice or has been on going since 8/09/16. When I talked to Suzie about this. Suzie advised me that this was a problem all over the area. And she was going to have video cameras installed. AGAIN NOT TRUE!!!! Another lie Suzie!! My advice is to not rent space from Suzie at Battle Creek mini storage. They don't deliver on the truth. Instead. Go to Aspen MS. Great CS. NO BREAK IN'S you get what you pay for. I hired Angel for a move, and unfortunately my leather sofa was damaged during the process. After the damage occurred, I learned that Angel does not carry insurance to protect customer belongings while they are in his care, custody, and control - something that most professional movers provide. Angel offered a repair, but the information he provided about the repair shop could not be verified. The business name, address, and phone number did not match any legitimate listing. He referred me to a repair person, and I made four separate attempts to gather basic information -- one phone call and three follow-ups. During our initial call, the repairer became defensive when I asked for standard details such as his full name, before-and-after photos of similar leather repairs, or client references. He said he would send photos but never did. My follow-up messages went unanswered even after four attempts. At no point was l able to obtain credentials, a portfolio, references, or any verifiable proof that this individual was qualified to perform a leather repair. Without that information, I could not move forward with the repair option that was presented. Because I was unable to verify the repairer's qualifications and could not reach a credible resolution, l am now pursuing formal avenues for resolution. I'm sharing my experience so future customers can make informed decisions.
