The mirrors were rusted solid, un-adjustable, so I was driving blind, could not see anything. The truck could barely reach the speed limit ( I had maybe 50lbs in the back, just a few pieces of artwork that would not fit in my pickup ) and at any slight incline it would start losing power and slowing down. The steering felt as if it was about to become disconnected, there was an EXTREME amount of play. I felt unsafe driving it, and am blown away that this vehicle was signed off on and given to a customer!! When I brought this up to the employee when I returned he said it was approved by the shop and there was nothing he could do. I will never rent from U-Haul again and I will tell everyone that will listen to do the same.

First I purchased 2 units online auction 1from this location and 1from the location on 101st after…read moreI paid for them I checked them out and it was nothing but trash and some things of 10 or 20 dollar value , as I was talking to the lady at the counter she told me it belonged to a man who passed away and his family came down and went through the unit and took what they wanted . So they knew it was full of trash and then auctioned it off to me the 2nd unit was much worse even more trash. The first unit cost me 157 dollars pluss auction fee 43 dollars plus 100 deposit then 45 to dump trash, so it was a total of 245. 2nd unit was 186.99 plus 44 auction fee plus 100 deposit and by that time I was so mad I said forget it keep my deposit and left. So I'm out almost 700 plus U-Haul fee of 109. So I wouldn't purchase another unit from them for nothing I could tell both were run through because it didn't make sense there were coin books but no coins there were baseball Becket s but no baseball cards there were gun cleaning kits but no guns. And every box was torn open and ran through . So beware of Aspen mini storage

They didn't and we dealt with it. Then someone stole a converter off one of my trucks and management accused my son of the theft because "it was his truck in the video." So they were going to renew our lease the following month. All this was a phone conversation. They said they would let me see the video but they never did. At the end of the conversation mgmt was gonna think about the situation and get back to me. I brought pictures of my son and all angles of his truck and dropped them off. Twelve days went by and two days before the end of the month they finally called my wife back and admitted it WAS NOT my son. However they were not going to renew anyway. We had 2 days until the end of the month. Then they still charged my account for the following month and we had to call and wait 4 days before they returned the money. Mgmt said they weren't in control of their billing. Extremely poor communication and after a year of loyal business they left us homeless for our trucks. They don't seem to care about their customers. They even broke their own contract by not giving us notice in writing. i recommend avoiding at all costs.

They managed to break into several units while leaving the locks intact. When calling the management, they didn't answer after multiple calls. Finally, after multiple voice mails, I received a call saying they can review footage, but can't file a police report (I get that they couldn't do the report). My issue was is that they never came to inspect damage, pull footage for the police, or even notify the other tenants that their units had been broken into. We had 2 trucks and 4 movers - Richard, Jason, John, and Bryan. They were absolutely the BEST! They were on time, very professional, thorough, efficient, friendly and handled every item with such good care that we felt very comfortable with how they prepared and loaded everything so securely! This moved included 3 bedrooms, office, living room , dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, laundry room, garage and outdoor patio furniture, trellis & grill. We had a lot more stuff to move than we had anticipated so it was a long, hard day of work for them; but they stayed upbeat and positive all day long! We would recommend them 100%!!!!!

They sent a third party handyman to "fix" our wood furniture but it can never be fully restored to how it was. The movers took a long lunch break and returned smelling of marijuana.
