This place was DIRTY! LIke gross dirty. will not be returning. The manicurist also spent the whole time on the phone.

This was my first time coming in after going to another local salon for years. I have problem nails, and gel manicures never seemed to last more than a few days, leading to my needing re-dos and repairs. Because my nails are already weak, I ended up with very thin and damaged nails. Lynn took one look at my poor nails and immediately knew how to fix them. She gave me a beautiful IBD gel manicure and my nails have never felt stronger. Lynn is the sole proprietor of this salon, so she is not able to answer the phone at all times, and she sometimes has to answer during a manicure or pedicure. I saw that a previous reviewer had given a one star review because of this, but it is understandable, due to the fact that she is the only person there. You may call and get no answer (her phone isn't set up to take voicemails,), but she will call you back. It is true that Lynn only does gel and acrylic manicures, so if you are looking for traditional nail polish, you will have to go somewhere else. She is also a bit more expensive than my previous salon, but it seems to be well worth the price point. She also does not accept credit cards, but has an ATM in her shop. True artist work! I was in from out of town and hadn't had my nails done in over a month. My dip was grown out and half my nails were broken really short. Lynn worked magic and was able to use a dip extension technique to make all of my nails the same length. She took so much time and care into making my nails look nice. I think this is one of the best jobs I've ever seen anyone do with my nails. I really wish I was local, I'd be a regular. I know where I'll come next time I'm in this area. read more

Mediocre experience The salon is relatively clean, other than some nail dust, which I think accumulates quickly. The technician was professional, we didn't speak much. The experience was perfunctory, minimal - I got a manicure pedicure. Pedicure usually come first but here manicure was first. Manicure was adequate but I prefer it when they open new packs of sterile equipment for you. I did not see any new equipment or sterile packaging or sterile solutions. The manicure was fine but basic - usually they massage your hand and arm for a minute or two. This was about 5 seconds. Nail polish was neat. She applied at least one more coat, maybe 2 more than normal. Pedicure was adequate but again rather minimal. Salt scrub applied for like 10 seconds. Leg massage for like 10 seconds. Mani pedi cost $65, which seems high, for a pretty basic experience. The polish on 3 of my nails has hairline cracks in it already, same day. Maybe because applied too thick? = Will not go back. read more

Made an appointment for a pedicure. Showed up and was told they don't have regular nail polish only gel. Would have been nice to know that PRIOR to going to the appointment. Why is regular pedicure prices STILL on the website and price list if you don't have that service anymore??? I guess that would make TOO MUCH sense. Smh read more

Rude! I called for an appointment. They didn't have the time today I was looking for and she offered tomorrow. When I said thanks I couldn't come tomorrow the lady hung up on me. Apparently they don't need customers. read more

I've never been here till this past year, I just move to Canandaigua a year ago and was never able to find a good place to go without them rushing and doing a horrible job. She did amazing job my first visit last year her work is amazing and she takes her time I continue to go to her every time I go get my nails done. Fair pricing on everything. I went there today 5/17/22 to get fresh set done for my wedding Saturday 5/21. I'm now wedding ready :) read more

After trying almost all of the nail salons in Canandaigua (and NOT being happy) I just happened to see this new nail salon while driving down Main St. and decided to give it a try. LOVED it!!! The salon is clean, comfortable and has a complete air filtration system so you don't get any of smell or dust that most nail salons have. My gel manicure is perfect! They have a huge selection of polishes and do a fantastic job. This will be my new "go to" nail salon! read more

I am so pleased with my nails, Lynn does a marvelous job. It is obvious she cares about the finished product by her attention to detail. Appointments are easy to schedule, the salon is super clean and she has vents in the table to remove any dust that is created during your fill. There is a huge array of colors and a variety of specialty paints to choose from. I absolutely love her work! read more

Well, I called this salon to ask them what it would cost for a manicure and pedicure and the women on the phone told me $15. When it came to pay, she charged me $50.00!!! That is twice what I pay at other places, What a rip off. Granted, I am new to this area, but to charge me double what other places pay, that is ridiculous. I realize that we COVID, they need to charge a little extra for getting the salon up to NYS standards, but this hurt. I went to treat myself for my birthday and to relax a little after my move here. I am so sorry I did. Maybe there was a communication problem because the woman didn't speak English to well, but it hurt. I will never come here again. Granted they did use lots of safety precautions, but to over charge was unfair to me. Look for another salon that is more accommodating and won't rob you. To add insult to injury, all the nail polish chipped the next day which shouldn't have. They did lousy job and this is no joke. read more
