The gentleman that gave me my manicure was friendly and did a great job. I showed him a picture of how I wished my nails to look and he explained what I should have done. 35 minutes later my nails looked exactly like I hoped they would. I went in today to get my nails done and asked for a white French tip full set. Unfortunately, the final result was not what I requested. Instead of painting a white tip, a white acrylic nail tip was applied halfway down my nail. There was no base color or white polish added afterward--only a clear topcoat over my natural nail. After the nails were finished, chrome was applied on top, which I did not ask for or approve. Overall, the service did not match what I requested, and the lack of communication and attention to detail was disappointing. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a traditional French tip or for your requests to be followed closely. read more

Went in with my daughter for gel and acrylic manicures. Lady nicked me and worked the gel around my bleeding pinky...only apologizing a while later. My daughter requested a french tip long acrylic nail and the acrylic base of the nail was not covered in a nude or pinkish polish as is usually done, so she has the french tip but nail tip still showing under it. Also, the "gentleman" there is not fit to welcome anyone; when we walked in he yelled - what you want??? Not a good business practice for first time customers. Will not return. read more

The worst pedicure I have ever had. Didn't remove all of old gel pish. Uneven cut nails. And don't clean up the cuticles. Previously I had a gel pedicure and didn't want another one. And I think when I said no to a pedicure she did a crappy job Did get a gel manicure. Not great either. Lots of residual material around my nails and cut from filing around my cuticles. My 86 year old Mother that can't hear or see we'll out of her right side, was getting her nails done there as she has for years. How this person who spoke extremely broken English, dared say that to my 86 yr old Mother She told him , " no one can understand you and your always speaking to each other in your language, not to us in English!" THIS WAS AWFUL. I have gone to my fair share of bad nail salons but this was by far the worst of all. My mother, my best friend, and I all went to get our nails done today and it started with us having to wait over a half an hour just to get in but that was understandable. Then we all sat down and none of us we happy. None of the shapes were correct and it cost well over $100. The second we were done my mother asked to be compensated for and they did not give her anything for the awful service they provided. They also cut all of us and put ACETONE on it which doesn't feel too good. After she came out to the car in an awful mood, me a 16 year old girl went in there myself. I have been coming to Vicki since I was 16 years old. I'm now 30. I love Hannah at the Salon, but Kara is great too for a powder manicure. Prices are very reasonable as they have always been. The salon is now updated. I strongly recommend you make an appointment for one of the two ladies listed above, but different mau I'll techs can do different things. I get gel polish in my toes, and I always have Hannah do them. You pay more for gel or powder, but regular will not last as long, and powder gel los my brittle nails not break. read more

The pictures represent my nails after 1 week. They lifted so bad that the technician at Lindsey's Nails had to take them off and give me a brand new set. (I spent $80 in 2 weeks). Vicki Nails also charges you something different every time that you go even if you get the same exact service done. I get the pink and whites and have never had so much as a chip. We have been getting our nails done for a long time and this is the fastest and most accurate salon I've ever been to. Girlfriend had her nails done with a gel manicure. They shaved off all her long nails all the way down to the tips of fingers. Like wtf salon?! What was the thought process with those people and taking her nails all the way down and not trying to preserve them?! The polish was ok, but whole procedure was expensive. I've been many times. They TRY to do a good job with acrylic nails but 8 out of 10 times they mess up the polish. Either the design isn't a good job ( squiggly lines or lines put where they shouldn't go) or they have you leave so quick that it doesn't have time to dry properly. Sometimes they don't make the nails even. The gentlemen that runs it speaks ok English but no one else really speaks much. I totally agree with the other comment every time I've set up an appointment you never get in until 30-50 mins AFTER your scheduled appointment. That's why I have stopped making them. It seems faster if you just skip the appointment and just walk in. The good thing is that the gentleman that runs it or seems to run it is very friendly and can help translate.He also remembers faces, so when I go or bring my daughter in we always get to chitchat.
