I contacted Jason, my mechanic advisor at Meador Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram who recommended Ken Ballard Lynn Smith Collision Center. Ken took over and was very reassuring that his team could repair the damages to my truck, but I wasn't so confident because of how it looked and especially once I saw the damages marked and all broken down into pieces. It was a very challenging project to get done but Ken kept me in the loop of the repair process the whole way. There were more damages found during the repair that I was informed of that could have easily classified the vehicle as being totaled by my insurance. Ken was steadfast that his team could do the job as they had done before for other customers, so I said to continue with the repairs. A couple months went by and by February 2021 Ken called saying that I could come by and pick up my truck. I was nervous when I saw the truck again and admit that I was skeptical that everything was put back together and painted right as if the accident never happened. I was amazed at how good the body & paint job looked and was very satisfied. The underside of the body, suspension, and frame damage was another concern, but Lynn Smith Collision Center offers a lifetime warranty on all of their work. I must say that so far I am very pleased over the extensive work and challenges that was done to my still very new like 2019 Ram 1500 truck. I waited to post a review to drive the truck for a couple of months to get a really good feel of how the truck drives and handles since the accident. Everything seems to be in order and the truck drives very well, so Ken Ballard I thank you and if you get to read this review, then please tell your repair team that they did a very good job getting me back rolling again. The extensive work required was accomplished in a timely manner. When I picked up the car it looked as if nothing had ever happened to it. They did an outstanding job. I needed feedback and an estimate. My Advisor, Ernesto Santamaria, at the Burleson office, said that the scratch was not as deep as I had worried and he took the time to get some paint that matched my car. He applied the pain to the scratches and I will give it another coat with clear polish later today. Often companies and individuals do not take the time for the customer. I came to SLP for help with fully stripping and repainting my lancer evo x. I had been parking…read moreoutside for a decade and the texas sun had slowly worn down and deteriorated not only the clear coat, but began to wear down the red paint leaving metal in places. Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it.
