He would not refund our money and promised that he would fix everything. Several weeks passed, they called and said everything was ready to go and that everything on the list worked. We found when we got there that he had added more to the price and things still did not work. We left it for another month. They finally called and said it was ready and that everything was fixed. We got there and the price had changed again and it still did not work. So we left again and waited several more weeks. They called again and said it was ready. When we got there he wasn't there and the price had changed once more. Half of the things still did not work. We could not get a refund for the items not fixed. He would not give us the keys until we paid more money. He told us then that we didn't know what we were talking about and that in Texas the auto mechanic can do anything they want and you have no recourse. We were forced to leave and leave our motorhome there. He said he had a lawyer on standby at all times. We were told to take the mo9torhome and not bother him anymore and pay him more money. At this time he has the motorhome and will not give us any of our money back unless we give him more money. We started all of this so it would be fixed and we could sell it because we are elderly, living on social security only and we needed the money. He is the owner and his name is Corey Ebert.

I have a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 that was in a car accident back in November 2020. The car pulled out…read moreon me at a red light intersection causing significant damage. I contacted Jason, my mechanic advisor at Meador Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram who recommended Ken Ballard Lynn Smith Collision Center. Ken took over and was very reassuring that his team could repair the damages to my truck, but I wasn't so confident because of how it looked and especially once I saw the damages marked and all broken down into pieces. It was a very challenging project to get done but Ken kept me in the loop of the repair process the whole way. There were more damages found during the repair that I was informed of that could have easily classified the vehicle as being totaled by my insurance. Ken was steadfast that his team could do the job as they had done before for other customers, so I said to continue with the repairs. A couple months went by and by February 2021 Ken called saying that I could come by and pick up my truck. I was nervous when I saw the truck again and admit that I was skeptical that everything was put back together and painted right as if the accident never happened. I was amazed at how good the body & paint job looked and was very satisfied. The underside of the body, suspension, and frame damage was another concern, but Lynn Smith Collision Center offers a lifetime warranty on all of their work. I must say that so far I am very pleased over the extensive work and challenges that was done to my still very new like 2019 Ram 1500 truck. I waited to post a review to drive the truck for a couple of months to get a really good feel of how the truck drives and handles since the accident. The extensive work required was accomplished in a timely manner. When I picked up the car it looked as if nothing had ever happened to it. They did an outstanding job. The customer service provided by Tim Beamish, and Dianna was outstanding. Any time I called she provided an accurate update. Tim called me with updates during the process, kept me up to date.
