I answered, no, I called your damn office to ask for Mill Creek forecast. Are you kidding me? Who are them idiots? I gave them 4 chances and they failed every time. The incompetent receptionist keeps making me wait rather than to tell you the exact wait time. So the neighbors were disturbed by the continuous honking in the early morning. However, when we reached the Delta drop-off area, he claimed it was $55 due to high gas prices and refused to honor the earlier $50. When I handed him my card to pay, he pulled his hand away and said paying with cash is quicker. Then, with frustration, he questioned me about not having cash three times before running my card. For some reason, he then tapped the scanner after removing it from his phone and told me it had my information. While getting my luggage, he mentioned something about being Christian and wouldn't be dishonest. The vehicle had such a strong odor that he left a couple of the windows slightly open for the entire trip. I will refuse to use another taxis in Seattle and plan to stick with Uber.

This driver transported my 90-year-old father in a wheelchair and the entire time played loud music and had the windows rolled down so my father got extremely cold. He was shivering and had to have several nurses help warm him up when he got back to the skilled nursing facility where he is staying. This is abuse, plain and simple. This company should not be in business or at least have this driver working there.
