I stopped by on a late afternoon to ask about the process, and the administrative assistant was very helpful and patient in explaining everything to me. I really appreciate the fact that this office is open evenings on certain weekdays, so that I don't have to take time off of work. Yes, one might need to book 6 weeks in advance for one of their highly-coveted evening appointment slots, but I had no problem with that. When I finally went for my appointment, the hygienist was very polite. The patient rooms have TV to stay entertained. Each step of the appointment moved very efficiently (visual inspection, xrays, pick cleaning, polishing, flossing, fluoride (the last of which is not part of standard procedure in the 'States, in my experience)). The dentist was very thorough, and not only had me take x-rays twice because one of them was not clear, but also told me he wanted to consult a more experienced dentist in the office later in the week because there was a potential problem spot (everything ended up being ok). I never felt like I was being upsold on anything. Everything was quite thorough. They even gave me lab safety googles so that accidental gushes of liquid didn't spray me on my face while I was laying down -- so courteous. The one half-joking criticism I might have would be that they were almost too concerned for my comfort, such that I feel like they were being TOO gentle during my polishing and flossing! Also, maybe it's because I'm from a place where dental visits are relatively bare-bones, but I was shocked to have received not just a normal tooth brush but and electronic tooth brush in my post-visit goodie bag. I look forward to each subsequent visit being just as pleasant as my first.

My entire family goes here. I have referred everyone I know who mentions the words... "I need a dentist". There were many occasions where someone in our family chipped a tooth or lost a filling and we were given emergency time in the office... so I am happy to reschedule my appointment if I need to give up my appointment to someone else who has an emergency. Dr. Jeffrey Norden should teach everyone how to give needles. I would recommend West Coast Smile to everyone I love. We are lucky to have them.

Both places confirmed I am good and no need for any surgery The routine cleaning was pretty good, but the random thousands dollars of unnecessary procedures was just not acceptable, and when I was trying to discuss the potential complications, the doctor just said, "it's laser, very safe " Anyway, I'm not a professional dentist, maybe it's a edge case and can have multiple interpretations, but I feel being pushed and almost threatened for doing their surgeries.

These women know their stuff. And they're kind, and patient. I'm a total dentist-phobe from some past bad experiences. But Galia and her lovely staff have really turned that around. Cleanest feeling teeth I've EVER had, and her hygienists gave me some great advice for keeping my teeth as healthy as I can. My fillings experience was also the easiest I've had. It's never super fun, but at least I want white-knuckling it the whole time. Had somewhere close to a nap, while Galia and her assistant worked their magic. I also get my Botox done by Galia, and I'm a devotee! She has such an artful hand with that stuff, nobody believes I have had it done. I also have to give a shout out to Blanca, Enhance's receptionist. She's an absolute JOY. What a human being- she's just an incredible delight to deal with. At first they were great with the cleaning services, xrays, etc. (we have full dental insurance) Then I schedule my visit for a cavity I had. Upon my arrival, the nurse proceeded to ask me if I had seen the rubber dental dam before, which I told her ya, about 10 yrs ago. Then she put that medieval contraption on me (so painful every time she inserted the latex in between my teeth with a thick dental floss) PLUS another rubber square thing to keep my teeth open so far back in my mouth I could feel my tonsils touching it. Needless to say, between that and the latex in my mouth and my inability to swallow my own saliva, i was literally chocking to death! Also, they set up the chair in a semi inverted position where my head was lower than my feet, making it impossible to swallow. The anesthesia the dr. put, did not work well, so on top all that stress add the fact that I could feel the pain (she had to add another injection mid work). The minute the dr was done I told her exactly what my experience was all about and asked her to either not use those contraptions on me next time or I was done. She said they are required by law? or something to use them. LIE. I Strongly disagree, I've had my teeth worked on (same treatment) in the US (Los Angeles, New York, Seattle), Spain, Peru, Brazil and NEVER have I had such a traumatizing experience. All these dentists were great at isolating saliva with cotton balls etc. clean work, all the time. I WOULD NEVER PUT A CHILD THROUGH THIS!!! My daughters had treatments in Los Angeles 6 months ago, and the pediatric doctors there did not use those contraptions. Its almost like those straight jackets crazy dentists use to put on kids.... Beware!!

The short story: She's a masters student & we are both covered by her plan. Even with the coverage Alma is still quite expensive, and the estimates are quite inaccurate as is the process once you get there. I will now pay 1/3 of what she might have paid for the EXACT same thing at Kingsgate Dental & the estimates are always within a few dollars as well. The waits are also 1/3 compared to Alma (they also open on the occasional Sunday). Alma should also get someone else to reply to customer service emails lol. The bright side..?? The bottom half of her mouth is pretty clean :)

With her as my dentist, I never miss my twice yearly visits. She is that awesome. Quite often when I am laid back in her dental chair staring into the white light from above me, I often wondered where people got the idea that dentists were the closest beings to the devil. Each time I've come to get my teeth cleaned it's always been like a little getaway. Sure, you might think that's a bit excessive, but it really is. The receptionist is an absolute doll to deal with (I was blown away by how swiftly she handles the insurance stuff), the hygienists will have you cracking up, even though your mouth is pried, almost as wide as the Grand Canyon, and when the good doctor comes in, she delivers the sad news about cavities in such a way that you almost don't mind, because it gives you a reason to come back sooner. Fortunately that's news i haven't heard too often. My next visit is just a few weeks away, and you bet your ass I'm gonna be there. I might even show up a little bit early.

After the procedure, they made sure to call for follow ups to ensure I was doing ok. About 2.5 weeks after my extraction, I felt like something was stuck in my extraction site and i wasn't able to get rid of it. I called them and they told me to come in just the next day, did a thorough wash and did not charge me anything. I would highly recommend them for your next dentist appointment, they are very professional and warm.

I met with Dr. Sadeghi for a consultation the day of my surgery. Much to my surprise, he was a super happy and upbeat character who was quick to answer any of my questions and put my worries at ease. If I had to have them removed again, I'd definitely come back to Dr.Sadeghi! I opted to have do IV sedation which I 100% recommend! Honestly, so much less anxiety-inducing than having the freezing. Although I have no memory of how I got from the dentistry chair to the recovery room chair, I do remember my initial waking up and honestly, other than being a little groggy, it wasn't bad at all. WestCoast Oral & Maxiollofacial Surgery give you a little take home goodie-bag when you have your wisdom teeth filled with the essentials that'll make your recovery easier. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS THEY GIVE YOU! As you should with any doctor, but I feel it must be emphasized so that you limit the amount of recovery time and reduce risks of drysocket. I was back to work the follow day with minimal swelling and very little pain. I'd recommend this location to anyone!
