Not only was the service disorganized, but I also felt I was overcharged for such a simple removal service. The overall experience felt unprofessional and unfriendly. The staff was rude, communication was poor, and there was no effort made to provide a welcoming experience- even something as simple as a polite goodbye was missing. If you're looking for a salon that values customer service and respects its customers' time, I would suggest trying another nail salon.
