I'm not too sure where the negative reviews are coming from. This was such a nice experience and so calming and relaxing. So so kind!! I think if you're the type of person who wants a more unique nail design or more complexity I would go to a specific nail tech for that. It has been waaaaaay too long since I indulged in some pampering time. And who doesn't like a pedicure and massage chair (actually made me realize). The staff was very friendly and the environment was clean. They had the option of regular or shellac nails, but I went with the standard. Wasn't very busy on the Sunday morning we were there so we didn't feel rushed at all. So I had plenty of tome to sit and wait for my nails to dry before I left. Ive never been here before and am a little skeptical at trying new nail places at first, took my little sister in and went in for an appt, i was so impressed. i showed the nail tech a few different designs and we decided on a simple design. my sister decided with a more trendy style not being sure how itd be and she left there happier than anywhere else!! i usually find myself having to tell them to thin the nails or shape them, i did not have to tell him once, they came out PERFECT. literally 11/10 will go get my next fill here. highly recommend. read more

Got gel manicure and regular pedicure. Customer service is just alright. As a newbie with mani and pedi, I was not a fan of twisting my arm around so the manicurist can reach my other hand. I do not see why if she is standing on my right side for my right hand, to just move to my left side to clean and paint my left hand. I was not a fan of twisting my whole body. I am relatively limber but you are just so awkwardly positioned that it was stressing my back. I also did not like how the gel manicure is not completely dried even after 2 treatments. I loved my manicure and pedicure colors though. Did not chip. However my friend's pedicure chipped 1hr after we left. :( read more

Came in for both pedicure and acrylic nails. Was told to have a seat in chair and it would only be a short wait. 45-50 minutes later I'm still waiting and annoyed. The girl comes and her and another employee were discussing my feet in their foreign language, which was rude. I'm over it now and have decided not to get my nails done. read more

I've been to this location several times and they usually do a good job. Today was no exception. My shellac manicure was efficient and looks good. On this visit, the manicurist kept offering me other services. When she asked if I wanted my lip waxed, I was concerned that it looked bad. But then she asked about pedicures, etc. so I think it was an up sell effort. One of the things I dislike about most nail salons (or any other business) is when they speak other languages to each other, especially when they laugh. It's so rude to exclude the customer. If you want a good manicure, it's a good place to go. I haven't tried the other services yet. read more

My nails chipped four hours after I left. They had me use the fan and light three times to set them. I didn't do anything active except wash my hands. My cuticles aren't cleanly cut. There is polish outside the nail on my toes-very tacky. I saw the workers usher someone to a chair to use a pedicure tub that was unclean from the person before. I have been going to Lynns Nails for several years now, and have always received outstanding service from a friendly staff. Lynn is my primary manicurist, and she is excellent. I get a dipped French manicure, and it consistently lasts for 4 weeks. The salon is clean, the staff are always kind, and I feel I am getting a great manicure for a reasonable price. The worst manicure I have ever experienced. I have gone to Lynn's for the last four months. Tonight I had the owner's husband put tips on. It was the most painful experience that no one should should suffer to get their nails done. I even told him after he filed my skin off my left fingers that he was being to rough with my hands....and to please be gentler. To no avail, he killed them. I will not go back. read more

I have now been to Lynn's Nails twice and will honestly say I have experienced the best. They are all professional, you never have the feeling they are talking about you, my nails lasted 3 weeks and frankly I am confident I could have gone 4-5 weeks. My mom and I went here to get manicures because we were shopping near by. The lady that did my mom's nails was fine, but mine wasn't. First she answered her cell phone while she was working on my nails. Then she tore up my cuticles and made me bleed twice. My cuticles still hurt and this was several hours ago. My nails aren't even that smooth, I could have done a better job myself. I was not impressed and will not be returning. read more

This salon is not using sanitary practices. They used an emery board on my nails that had clearly been used on previous clients. They used nail and cuticle clippers that were not in the sanitizing bowl. Then I witnessed my nail tech reuse acetone. She filled a bowl up with it, put my nails in it, and then when my nails were finished soaking, she sucked the acetone back up in her bottle for reuse. Like the reviewer from Rebecca M, my nail tech answered her cell phone while working on my nails as well. I will not return to this salon. read more
