Gel nail manicure specific: This place is pretty poorly organized. Extremely stressful getting in there, the energy is hectic for a place where you're supposed to be able to sit back and relax. Don't get any designs on your nails, they will not turn out well. I set up an appointment with someone that was recommended to me, and when I got there I was helped 20 minutes late, and instantly turned away by the person I scheduled my appointment with. I then had to be moved 2 other times to other desks and was given some random person to do my gel nails. It was highly embarrassing. I also wasn't offered a drink and the whole process seemed rushed like they were just trying to push me out. I will say, my friend that goes here agrees it's stressful, but she does get good service, so it seems it's hit or miss. read more

I made 4 apts for my mom and sisters. They started us 25 min late. Cut my sisters toe to the point where is was bleeding and they couldn't even do half the pedicure. My other sisters lady refused to cut her left nails the same as her right, so my sister asked for the file to do it herself. This business is a joke! First off, months ago, one of the nail techs we went to for months faithfully (Lom), we got told by 'staff' on the phone that she didn't work there anymore. Then, this tops it off......you just call to make an appointment and the receptionist says "you've been put on a block list and can't make an appt!!!!!" A BLOCK LIST?!!!! Seriously, you can shove this flaky, poor scheduling business you know where because I am so sick of dealing with a bunch of liars for whatever reason it is. There are three nail salons within a mile of my home and since I wasn't sure what my schedule was going to be, I figured I'd have a good chance as a walk-in for a basic pedicure (I had been here before with no appointment and it was fine). It was crowded when I arrived but I was told they could fit me in in 10 minutes which was reasonable. Not long after 10 minutes I was led to a chair and told to soak my feet. So far so good, right? But then I sat and sat and sat in water that turned tepid and then cold. Twice I signaled to someone to inquire about when I would get my pedicure and was told someone would be right with me. I ended up waiting close to 45 minutes before I was attended to and then the service was rushed. I didn't want polish but needed a good nail trim and foot buff in advance of a hiking trip. The best part is always the leg massage but this time, not so much. Had I been told the wait would be as long as it was, I would have gone elsewhere. It took a turn at the manicure when the guy who did my nails did a full manicure with acrylic and shellac in under 20 minutes, my nails are bumpy and there was no cuticle work at all. I would come back for a pedicure but would not recommend a manicure. The tech that worked on my daughter's nails was doing such a terrible job that another technician had to take over. She ended up with shellac nails instead of dip because they could not fix the dip. My regular manicure was rushed and the technician could not have been less interested in my manicure. Last night I noticed significant chipping of the polish (day 3). We were at the salon for 2+ hours because of the debacle of my daughter's nails (my mani teas complete in under 20 minutes). For our trouble we received 20% off with hardly an apology. About a year ago they lost a lot of techs and one of those was my go-to; she was amazing. Now when I book an appointment it doesn't matter because I never get in on time because they continue to take walk-ins and last time my tech was so rushed I had to remind her to file my other set of toe nails on my other foot; she complexly forgot one of my feet and started doing something else. I booked her again for an upcoming wedding and when I showed up for the appointment I was told with no warning that Betty no longer worked there. She would not listen to me about the uneven shape of my nails and instead insisted that my nails "grow sideways". My first time going here and I will definitely be back. Le did a great job on my nails. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied.

Prior to coming I made an apt otp and had to wait 30 min for my appointment. I told them the add ons I wanted otp and they told me I couldn't get parrafin wax and foot massage for my mother, even when I had that set on my appointment. There was no communication at this place at all! I was asked if I had an appointment, who was helping me, what color I wanted over 4 times in 30 min while waiting for my appointment when I came on time. We ended up getting paraffin wax bc I had to tell them that was on our apt, but no foot massage. THEY ALSO GOT THE WRONG COLOR for my mom it was way too dark from what we asked for. I asked and told them it looked too dark and they said the color would thin out but it was 3-4 shades darker than what we wanted. My toes are okay 3/10.
