What I have observed when I am in the salon are extremely rude one time customers who drop in and expect a fill or to be given a mani pedi without an appointment. While I have observed plenty of walk- in customers being serviced, I find some of the reviews crazy critical in what the customers expect. My last visit I had a finger nail that was tearing halfway down the nail bed and they patched it up good as new and didn't even charge me. $32 for a pedicure and the nail repair. Then I went to another spot in the salon for the was and it wasn't a bed but another chair with wheels. Well when she went to move the chair I ended up flipping the chair and I was on the floor. The salon is beautiful and it has over 20 pedicure chair and a bunch of mani stations too. They also have an excessive amount of polishes to pick from. There is build up around my nails and in my nail beds that Jocelyn refused to fix. I expressed my concerns, but my concerns kept getting dismissed. My nails feel like they have stuff stuck under them and they are very uncomfortable and rough. The tips were glued to my skin and feel tight. Each time I said something, Jocelyn would make an excuse for it instead of fixing it. She also did not drill the dip around my cuticle to create a dip, which is a normal part of the process. I've been getting my nails done for years and thought I'd try this place out as I went with a friend. Do not recommend. Do not waste your money here! The manager could tell I was not satisfied and failed to ask how to make things right, there was only 2 other customers, and somehow, all other employees disappeared towards the end (the manager/owner).
