When I showed up, laura noticed that I had volume lashes vs classic. I've only been getting my lashes done for about 2 months so I didn't know the difference. She explained explained to me the difference between the two and told me she didn't want me to be disappointed because I was used to the volume. She suggested a couple people who could do the volume lashes for me and even called them to see if they could fit me in before I left for vacation. I was absolutely blown away by her honesty and customer service level. I ended up having her do a removal of my old lashes and a complete classic set. She was so sweet and a great conversationalist. I set up an appointment with someone that was recommended to me, and when I got there I was helped 20 minutes late, and instantly turned away by the person I scheduled my appointment with. I then had to be moved 2 other times to other desks and was given some random person to do my gel nails. It was highly embarrassing. I also wasn't offered a drink and the whole process seemed rushed like they were just trying to push me out. I will say, my friend that goes here agrees it's stressful, but she does get good service, so it seems it's hit or miss.
