I didn't have the money for two new tires so I was hoping that two used ones would be okay for the time being. The technicians were nice and friendly. They inspected my tires, and told me that I only needed one tire replaced, it didn't have to be new, and that all the other tires still had good tread on them. I went to quick tire on 7/9/2026 to get 4 used tires. They had some in stock not the same size I…read morewas running but all for the same size just smaller in height. Well it started to put the tires on my rims and the guy that was working there told me at least three times that they have went through four mechanics helpers in the past month as if I cared. I don't know which one done it I figured both but they end up rounding off too of my lug nuts this was going to be a repair that I would have to do to fix it so after they got the wheels back on he informed me that two of the lug nuts would have to be replaced. Okay I went home I ordered a set of lug nuts waiting for them to come through mail and today I was going to replace the ones that were rounded off. To my surprise two of the studs on my front wheels the threads are really messed up and the lug nut will not go on there. This is about a $250 damage done to my truck for a mechanic to fix those two studs. I would not recommend quick tire to nobody stay away from this place that will mess your wheels up.

Relayed…read moreall this to M & M and requested that they find the cause and repair it, then give it an alignment afterward. We paid for 'repairs' and alignment. Wife said it still felt wrong and still "shimmied". Went back to M&M who told me that we needed tires with stronger sidewalls and offered to sell us some. Later that month, we took it in for its state inspection and it failed for a broken rear swaybar. The inspector showed me the broken swaybar and told me that it was for safety and could cause it to be dangerous in curves because the swaybar evens out the sway of the rearend, what my wife had described as a shimmy. The inspection place didn't do suspension repairs, so we took it somewhere else. M & M did not perform the service requested.
