He took my tire that was damaged out, showed me the nail that was in it, and said he'd try to find a similar tire. It took him about 5 minutes to find one. He brought it out and showed it to me and allowed me to inspect it and see if it was up to my standard. I liked that extra step because it made me feel confident in Reed's reputation.
