Not being from the area we got a recommendation from a car repair shop in Stuart to call cycle connection. I called and the gentleman who answered the phone was respectful, courteous and kind. However he didn't even take my info to DMV till June 30. I couldn't tag it drive it sell it or anything! I had to report him to BBB, Vehicle Dealer board Attorney General and DMV. The Dealer board made him give us the title. When he called he would yell and scream like a mad teen! But when we came to get title after being forced into it, he wouldn't show his face. I would avoid this business. Jeff has no idea what he's doing or he's just a scammer. He told us I couldn't get title since I didn't have VA license. I got tagged without a VA license. I hate to give a bad review but these guys are terrible business people!!

I went to quick tire on 7/9/2026 to get 4 used tires. They had some in stock not the same size I…read morewas running but all for the same size just smaller in height. Well it started to put the tires on my rims and the guy that was working there told me at least three times that they have went through four mechanics helpers in the past month as if I cared. I don't know which one done it I figured both but they end up rounding off too of my lug nuts this was going to be a repair that I would have to do to fix it so after they got the wheels back on he informed me that two of the lug nuts would have to be replaced. Okay I went home I ordered a set of lug nuts waiting for them to come through mail and today I was going to replace the ones that were rounded off. To my surprise two of the studs on my front wheels the threads are really messed up and the lug nut will not go on there. This is about a $250 damage done to my truck for a mechanic to fix those two studs. I would not recommend quick tire to nobody stay away from this place that will mess your wheels up.

I had A LOT of questions and they patiently answered them all and worked to make sure I was satisfied. I decided on a wheel and tire set for my 2018 F150 and also had them install my leveling kit. The day of my appointment I had to work in their office, they gave me their wifi password, I was planning on using my hotspot. They offered to let me use their car or drive me to go get lunch.
