I talked to them prior to my appointment i stressed the importance of being gentle with my car when changing the tires especially on the rims. While the staff were polite, and the appointment was super fast, they definitely dinged up my rims a little. It wasnt enough for me to make a big fuss but I am definitely not happy. As I said I take great pride in my car. I have put so much work, love, and money into it and to have it treated without the care and detail that I would is disheartening. I dont know for sure if I would give them return service after this.

(Side note: I did notice the mechanic working on my car was on his phone most of the time-) Upon leaving I noticed that my lugnut covers were missing. I addressed that issue right away and was advised they would order them for me and replace. The vibration was still happening a few weeks later and I decided to take my car to Ford for assessment- Ford indicated whomever replaced my front breaks didn't shave the rotors. I usually don't speak up, but this time I did and the management (Nick) at Mavis corrected the issue right way. He had the lug nut covers for me and covered the cost of the rotor shave at Ford. I was very impressed with how they wanted to correct the issue. I did have a great experience with management and the staff at the front desk were kind. Although I did not get any services at this shop they were honest with me about what they could and couldn't do, they did give me some recommendations of what to do and where to start and some estimates if I didn't to go with them. They also gave me a note for my employer in regards to the condition of my car! They seem like a very reputable place, if I need services in the future that they can accommodate I would definitely consider going to their shop. The workers were very pleasant, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel awkward in any way! They were very transparent and nice and that's really hard to find in a mechanic shop nowadays ESPECIALLY as a woman so I thank them for their kindness, straight-forward advice and pleasantries.

One location had a 2-2.5 hour wait and another had a 1hr or so wait. I called Battleground Tire first before coming by and was told they could squeeze me in, which was awesome. I was told it would be $25. Battleground Tire is located on the corner of pisgah church and battleground. There is a sign that says Nappa Auto center which definitely confused me. However, it does say Battleground Tire on the building itself. Inside, Anthony assisted me. He definitely had a sense of humor, which was nice. I had to give typically name, address, and car info to check in and get work done. They have complimentary WiFi which I didn't use. My car was done at 4:55pm, which so much better than the time I would've spent at discount tire. I learned that Anthony was the owner. He was extremely friendly and personable. Throughout my interactions from check in and check out, he initiated conversation. He mentioned wanted to get to know his customers, which is very admirable.
