We both have neck pain and headaches How we were scammed Larry h parker said we couldn't use my uninsured motorist because we both had 30/60 coverage. We were unable to cover all our medical expenses. Unable to cover my bicep surgery and not fully recovered from any of our injuries. The attorney we hired Larry h parker made money on the case. We made nothing.... we wanted them to sue the parents who owned this policy and LHP refused to do this. We were left with no car no physical help and no medical coverage and bills to pay. They abandoned us after the accident for months and we were unable to get in touch with them. They left us hanging for weeks and weeks. We were in pain and had no communications for critical time periods. When we tried to switch attorneys they threatened freezing our funds and not helping us.
