Entrusted my 2022 BMW 840i Gran Coupe to them for an external deep clean, paint correction, and ceramic application to all possible exterior surfaces and parts excluding the windshield. Car came back looking as close to new as possible, being realistic after 3 yrs and 40,000 miles, and was astounding! The depth of the black sapphire metallic paint looked amazing, and just about every blemish that had been there before was GONE or reduced to the point of being insignificant. I got the 8-year ceramic coating on everything, so that will serve me well. With regular cleaning and a minor reapplication of some additional ceramic coating (a recharge), the car is going to look its best for a long time to come, which will help retain its value and help me clean it with greater ease going forward. They left some serious swirls on my plastic B-pillars and white polish marks all over my trim. On top of this the polish job wasn't even that great. I brought my new car to them to be polished and sealed for winter. Going in they were very nice about giving me a ride back to my house, although I don't like how they gave me the ride using my car. I got it back with some SERIOUS swirls in the b-pillar shiny black plastic. It looks like they rubbed it with fine sand paper. I have no idea how I'm going to fix it... It may be easier just to buy new plastic pieces. There were also white wax smudges all over the matte plastic pieces that took me hours to get out with peanut butter. On top of that, I can't say they did a smash up job on the polishing either. There were slight long swirls over the paint. None of these problems were clear when I picked it up because it was raining for days afterward and it was picked up at night. Looks like I have my work cut out for me this spring. :P To be fair, the day I took my car in, the guy who took my keys looked completely frazzled with the amount of cars he had to do. I saw their other work and it was absolutely beautiful. My guess is, he rushed the car through at the end of the day. Big mistake. They will not be seeing my car in there again. Way more damage than good. read more

This is the best auto detailing shop around. If you want a really great work done, not some rushed job, this is the place to go. I would not waste my money going somewhere lesser. It is a little tough to find as it is in between 2 buildings, but just follow the signs to the back and by the end of the day your car will be like new again. read more

I have had Lyon's Detailing clean many cars for me, some which had severe problems always came out better than when we brought them in. Things like pet odors, smoker's odor's, concrete debris on paint, extreme filthy interiors, weathered paint, etc., all were drastically improved! Tim Lyons and Carter are very honest, hard working and so are the experienced staff. People have to realize that a detail can do just so much. They can't make a used car that has had severe abuse, left outdoors, weathered, been poorly re-painted, etc. look new, but they will improve the appearance. Tim & Carter will be honest with you and not promise you something that is not possible to do! My advice to all people who come to get work done at any detailer, be realistic! read more

My car looks fantastic! I called Lyons to have my car detailed I informed them that I was not going to be able to drop it off. The manager told me that they could have someone pick it up from my work and drop it off by the end of the day, within an hour a very polite young gentleman came to my office informing me he was from lyons detailing, he asked if there were any particular trouble spots on the car that I wanted to get done. By the end of the day my cars was back and looked better than when it left the dealership. Lyons did a great job, they were straight forward with me and the price was just right. Absoultely the worst!!! if I could give this a zero rating I would! I called the owner today to inquire about having two cars ( Porche-911 and a Benz -C-300) fully detailed( exterior detailed). His website notes a price of 125-150, whereas other detail shops have a specific price noted ( ie 150.00 or 175.00 listed. I simlpy ask him, what's the price, 125 or 150? He cops this jerk-off attitude and states some nonsense about variation of work on the age of the cars and then proceeded to hangs up on me. Extremely unprofessional attitude which more than likley matches his work ethic too. Contrast that to three other detail shops I called and each of those owners were professional and upfront with an hesitation and BS about their cost. Go to any other place in the area but this place! read more

I used these guys for a complete detailing of my Audi TT a few years ago and was disappointed with the results. Nothing was terribly wrong, but nothing was sparkling clean, as should be expected of a high-end shop. Fabulous! Great job on my car inside and out. Meticulous detailing. I really thought the paint spots from the road lining truck would never come off. It did. Tim Lyons has the ABSOLUTE worst customer service skills I have seen in a long, long time. We dropped off our minivan to be detailed, and got the most unprofessional call saying that they would not do the work because they would not get it clean!!!! What?? Isn't that their business? He said it would cost more than double our quote!!!! I was very clear that it was a typical mom (of young children) van, and they acted as if they have never seen a single cracker crumb in a car! They looked and sounded like fools (as they pointed to brand new-ish luxury vehicles they service for dealerships) saying they never see a dirty car like mine. I assure you, it was 100% empty with some crumbs on the floor. Tim could not have been more rude to me in person as he was condescending and completely unhelpful! In addition, he never returned my husband's multiple calls for explanation. Total coward who certainly doesn't detail cars.....probably only vacuums brand new ones! What a joke! Just picked up my car. Submitted online be request for a full detail. They only provided service for interior detail. Okay. Get inside and they did a poor job on the interior. Also the inside of the windshield wasn't cleaned. The managers response and the detailer said that was not included in an interior detail. Let me repeat that. The interior windshield is not part of an interior detail. Also they could care less for your business and when I suggested I had gone to a competitor in the past they asked y I didn't go back. Good question. Will not be using Lyons every again. read more

I was just googling Lyons because I lost their phone number, but when I saw NEGATIVE reviews about them I felt compelled to post. Lyons is the absolute best. I have dealt with a lot of detailers and no one has been as attentive and professional or made my vehicles look as good as Lyons. My wife is "a little messy" in her car so when she has gone out of town I've gotten her car detailed as a gift and she was thrilled! I had a minivan I was selling with over 100,000 miles on it that I couldn't get a bite on for more than $4000 and after a $200 makeover by Lyons I got $5500 for it within a week! An SUV I sold with over 90,000 miles on it that we had been using as a plow/work truck was revived to where I got my asking price of over $10k for it. These guys can make any car look like new, they do it fast and they treat you like royalty while they do it. Currently they are detailing a car for me that was stolen and TRASHED. I knew when it was stolen that if it was recovered it had to go to Lyons before I could feel good about driving it again. I won't use anyone else. read more
