I can't express enough my distaste for certain individuals working there as well as the unprofessionalism shown by the shop owner, Max. The experience I was shown this week by the shop/office was disgraceful and disgusting. My vehicle was left trashed and disrespected, I was disrespected and treated as though I was a bag of money and lied to at vehicle release while my vehicle was held ransom till they got what they wanted and wouldn't let me shop elsewhere for pricing. We brought our Toyota RAV4 to them after another body shop (recommended by insurance) completely botched repairs for a rear end collision. We worked with Tony, who went above and beyond to make sure we got our car fixed properly. He went to bat for us with our insurance, offered to remove the back bumper and perform an inspection free of charge, communicated clearly and promptly, and finished the repairs very quickly despite pushback from Geico. We can't thank him enough! The staff that we worked with were courteous and friendly, and made a difficult situation easy to handle. We had absolute trust that Conestoga was repairing our car properly with attention to detail, which was very important to us after getting burned in the past. My Tesla Y was hit by a 18 wheeler truck tire that blew out on the hwy. I came in and Francis took great care of me. He gave me an estimate on the spot, which was fairly priced. I also had them fix a scuff on my rim. I was so glad they could repair it versus me having to replace the whole rim which would have been very expensive. I heard of Tesla parts taking a long time to ship but mine actually came in fairly quickly (1 week) and it took 8 days to fix. I was extremely happy with the quality of work, and the customer service. If you come here, ask for Francis! He's great! Oh and this is a Tesla approved repair center. read more

My first experience with this shop was around 2-3 years ago when a shopping cart hit my car in a parking lot. I recently returned after hitting a deer and unfortunately did not have the same good experience. I needed my bumper to be replaced and the shop had my car for over a week to complete the work. Within 2 days of getting my vehicle (2016 HRV) back, my car would not start even after using two different vehicles to try and jump it. After this, my fiancé called the shop to let them know our issue and see if they could help resolve it. The owner (Max) was extremely unprofessional immediately dismissing our concerns as "not his problem", we are "dead wrong" that it could be from their work, and my vehicle is just "old"- he offered no help whatsoever and continued to speak over my fiancé. We resolved the issue with our local mechanic who advised it was likely from being at their shop, but after that phone call with Max we did not bother reaching back out. I contacted Max to let him know how disappointed I was in his response, especially as a repeat customer. Only after that email where I advised I would share my experience via reviews did Max respond back and try to show some level of customer service. I will never take my vehicle here again and would advise others to do the same. Very poor customer service skills. Once you pay your bill good luck getting any further assistance if needed. read more

Please beware of this company, Erie used Conestoga as a Direct repair shop until they removed Conestoga from the role. Erie removed them from this prestige program because of the recurring complaints and tactics like this on their customers. I was not the first nor will I be the last. If anyone would like to question this please reach out and contact a local Erie agent and ask them about Conestogas DRS status. To anyone reading this please be aware. Prior to Conestoga releasing my car they emailed me trying to force me to sign a document to remove all post, and to agree never to write a negative post about them, if I did that they would release my car. I refused to do this and they finally under threat of my lawyer allowed me to move my car. PLEASE BEWARE TO ALL. I sent my car to Berks auto, Everything I wanted from Conestoga, Berks was able to achieve that without hesitation. read more

Brought our SUV here for repair from a collision with an Amazon truck. The place our insurance sent us was not great to deal with & had bad reviews. My gut told me to check references and ask for reviews. Our regular mechanic recommended Conestoga Collision, and we couldn't have been happier with the service. These guys are SO helpful, SO understanding, and incredibly thorough. Our insurance company apparently kept sending faulty parts to fix the car with, and they were persistent to make sure that we got brand new parts for a good look & safe repair. The communication was great & price fair. I absolutely recommend & we will be coming back here if we ever need to again (although hopefully we won't have any more collision work anytime soon!) read more

Max saved me when I ran out of gas and killed my car battery. I waited for almost 5 hours for so-called roadside assistance through my insurance company. Finally, my insurance company (ALLSTATE) told me to call the authorities. I called 911 and they got these guys out right away. They got me gas and jumpstarted my car. They were by within 10 minutes and went way above the call of duty. They only charged me for the gas I bought for my car. They followed me to the gas station when I filled up the rest of my tank to make sure my car was still running. Angels on earth! read more

I was beyond impressed with these guys. After experiencing a minor fender-bender the day before Thanksgiving, I called them up to see if they could help out. To get me back on the road, Victor made a quick repair using a few plastic car body pins and some tape, free of charge and without an existing customer relationship. I was so glad that he was able to perform this basic repair the day before a long holiday roadtrip. When I returned from my trip, he completed a more robust repair for an incredibly reasonable price in just one day. Great customer service, fair pricing, and a fast turnaround time are the reasons I recommend this shop. Amazing experience! Max and the team did a tremendous job repairing and restoring my new Lexus to its beautiful new state.
