A pharmacy, lab, radiology, dentistry, canteen, ample of free parking and many specialists. My GP Dr Ansari is one of the best Doctors I know. Not only her diagnosis is excellent, she is an amazing person too. I also saw Dr Patel, once in absence of Dr Ansari and she is good too. The supporting staff is very friendly and helpful. I never faced any issues here. My ENT Specialist (Dr Praby Singh) and gynaecologist (Dr Anjali Aneja )also practise here and I am really happy with both of them as well. Dr Praby Singh performed my sinus surgery only in 10 days notice, as I had to travel later, he explained me the procedure twice and made my recovery very smooth. Dr Aneja is also an excellent doctor, it's tough to get her appointments but she is worth the wait!

Parking is free, and plentiful. You can check yourself in when you arrive instead of having to wait in line. There are shops and a cafe, as well as a blood lab for easy requisition fulfillment. Bad side? The elevators are awful. When I went, only 1 was working (out of 2) and there was a line up out the front door of people waiting for appointments. Given the nature of the facility - many people coming here can't use the stairs and it's 5 flights up. Not easy even for us healthy, younger folks! Staff that I've encountered have been pleasant enough. I'm glad they set up online appointment booking, since there have been times where I'm waiting up to 10 minutes on hold to make an appointment by phone. At least this new location is in a better area than before!

Been coming here since I was a young'n! My whole family uses the doctors here (from my 2.5 year old…read morenephew to my 89 year old grandmother!). Have NEVER had a bad experience with any of the doctors - always helpful and looking for solutions. I find both the doctors and the medical receptionists always have a kind and friendly demeanour and always are genuinely interested in how you are doing. Another good thing about this location is that they are usually open late at least once a week (Wednesdays, currently) - very flexible if you are a 9-5er that commutes and can't always commit to a standard appointment time. My only complaint is one that many have that isn't just specific to this location - the wait times can be pretty awful at times. But I'd rather wait the extra hour for my appointment to have a doctor I trust and am comfortable with. I also never feel rushed when I see my doctor (which I am sure contributes to the longer-than-normal wait times.) Will certainly be coming here for years to come!

I took a chance on their word and sped to get there as soon as I could. Arrived right on time and THANK GOD - they took me in even though their door was locked. Super nice. Kept to their word. Made me feel important and like they sincerely wanted to help. They unfortunately had to refer me to the emergency at the hospital, but they were still really awesome. I will 100% recommend anyone needing medical assistance to go there. Great doctor and staff.

I wasn't sure what to do, and did not want a scar on my hand; at the same time I didn't want to go to an emergency room for something minor. So, I decided to visit Dr Boyrazian's clinic to get some professional advice. He gave me antibiotics just in case, as my skin was exposed. He also showed me how to bandage the burn properly and recommended I use polysporin for quick healing and scar reduction. A month after, I visited Dr Boyrazian for a checkup of the burn area, and I have to say the scar is minimal and not really visible to anyone, unless they know what they are looking for. All in all, Dr Boyrazian was really helpful. Just a tip: his waiting area tends to get really busy because he is a really popular doctor. So, expect to wait an hour or so and bring your iPad so you can read a book.

There's a pharmacy attached and it leads right to a very new and shiny waiting room! When I came in there was no wait at all! I'm talking like 5 minutes tops! Doesn't get any quicker then that! Dr. Leung was very informative, friendly and professional! He even helped me get the best option and was honest on how ridiculous pricing is for meds. He seemed like he really knew his stuff. The pharmacist, Brent was super friendly as well! Making conversation and all that good stuff. Five stars for sure for this place! They are even having a female physician come on board in March so keep that in mind as well! Definitely recommend this place!

I'm confused with this doctor (Jerry Leung). He stands up in the middle of a consult with my…read moredaughter and tells us that he's referring us to his colleague. Then one of the receptionists asked us if we were using our phones and we both answered no. We had our phones out but not in use - we were not even looking at our phones at all. He's abrupt and has the worst bedside manner that I've ever encountered in a doctor. I come from a family of medical practitioners who are specialists in the practice of oncology and Pediatric pulmonology plus a slew of nurses and I know how stressful their job is but this dude is so unprofessional and dismissive. My family doctor just retired and we are just waiting for the patient file transfer to another doctor. I'm thinking it may just be better to go into the emergency room at any hospital compared to this doctor and clinic. I will give 0 star, unfortunately it doesn't have that option. The staff more than makes up for this doctor's bad manners though I don't think OHIP should be charged anything for this dreadful consultation - if you could even call it that.
