From the time we placed our main order- sandwich and snapper, it took about 26 minutes. The waitress never came back to check on us during that time, and we had to flag down the guy that sat us to get a water refill. The food was decent, but something had an aftertaste (maybe the onion rings fried in tallow?), & the snapper was a little salty. The waitress never followed up to see how the food was or ask if we needed anything else. We finally had to get her attention to get a to go container and our check. Having been a waitress for several years, here's my suggestions: A GM needs to be on the premise, communicate to servers after a table is seated so they know it's their turn, staff needs training on customer protocol/service, staff needs to quit touching their hair, wiping their face/nose (especially the guy as I thought he was going to have a heart attack as much as he sweat) and then serving food/drinks/setting the table (wash your hands!), & if kitchen staff is unhappy about something, don't do it to where people can see them...
