I am a chiropractor practicing in Woodbridge, VA, and I have known Travis since around 2013 or so. In my profession, we can sometimes be at odds with physical therapists due to bias against chiropractors. Dr Stoner not only showed me absolute respect and mutual professionalism, but also invited me to join him for a spinal injury research project he was doing with some of his patients. There, I got to watch the man work in his clinic, and let me tell you this guy is a cut above the rest. When someone owns their own therapy clinic with multiple staff members, they not only have to be a therapist but also a coach to instruct other therapists to help patients as well. You really end up wearing two hats (business owner and health care provider), and Travis wears both very well. They not only treat the area but the whole body, as we all know other parts of the body can be affected by injury. I have been involved in sports my entire life, and have had nagging pain that previous therapists could not manage. I trained in martial arts for 12 yrs and have had my fair share of injuries. I felt skeptical about some of the exercises but trusted in their process, and did my exercises at least 4-5 times a week. I feel I'm at the end of treatment and that's why I waited to put a review. I also suffered with pelvic discomfort for 24 years!! Doctors made me feel crazy about my pain. I bounced back from obgyn to Gastro doctors. Testing for UTI, yeast, bacteria all negative every dam time, still had no answer. Also had several colonoscopies & endoscopies with no answers. Finally a PA through my women's care referred me to Hilltop. Best decision I ever made. Kirsten Park is so in depth knowledgeable about the womans body, what nerves are affected, breathing, and muscles that affect the pelvic floor. Zina has amazing knowledge of the human body finding weak muscles that are affecting more than just the injured area. It's been a long process with PT twice a week, lots of "homework " exercises. But I went from daily pain of 8-10 to a 4-5 maybe once or twice a week!! Their knowledge and expertise have made my quality of life so much better. I'm happier because my pain is considerably less.

I currently am seeing the occupational therapist here and she is amazing. I am recovering from a broken arm/wrist and working with her has always been so easy going and comfortable. I do not have one single complaint about my experience here. They are also so understanding about last minute cancelations or rescheduling. I missed an appointment once by accident and they called me to make sure everything was ok and just to remind me of my next appointment. I apologized for missing my appointment and they reassured me that everything was ok. I then asked if I would be charged for the missed visit and they said no, they only resort to that if it becomes a habit. I was very impressed by this.

I found Dr. Constantine and am so glad I did. He listens, is extremely pleasant, patient and thoroughly explains optional surgery and treatment. He discovered I have cubital tunnel in both elbows and did 'release' surgery on one, healing very well with minor scars and surgery on the other elbow is scheduled soon. The negative reviews in here are for the office staff, NOT the doctors. Dr. Constantine is amazing - I have never waited more than 15 minutes and considering that the doctors may get called for EMERGENCY this is not a bad thing. The office staff is incredibly busy and wait times for them to pick up the phone are L-O-N-G and you have to click click click through phone options to get to the right department - if you hit 0 for operator it disconnects you and you have to call back. Plus the lady on the recorded line says 'please listen to all our options as our menu has changed" Really, well it hasn't changed for people who have NEVER called you before and I've been going here for more than 1 year and you STILL have that damn message on forcing us to click and wait so it's no surprise if someone gets pissed off at the staff but this should not take away from the amazing doctors. Staff is not entirely pleasant, they need to understand we are usually already in pain and don't like doctors offices to begin with so your attitude is going to turn people away.

I had the best painless two weeks after the surgery, then I did things that tweaked the fusion's placement. Dr. Baquie and his surgical team did an awesome job. Suggestions: with any spinal surgery a before surgery and after surgery immediately visit to the physical therapy to learn about recovery movements. I was taught after the surgery while still recovering from the surgery drugs and the recovery Fentanyl a few ways to move. My husband tried to understand the directions for me. When I had my knee replacement, an OT/PT nurse was sent to my house immediately to coach me on my recovery. This was only for two weeks, but it was extremely valuable. I had a quick and uneventful. I thought that sounded crazy, but I told them I would give it a try. Anything for some relief! I was sent to Jill at Select PT, and she has worked on my face for the last few months. I feel a lot better! She even gave me some info that it seemed like although my TMJ is in fact not great, she thought I may have something else going on, based on my pain being more widespread that TMJ commonly would be. She recommended I go to my neuro and see what's up, basically. I finally got in with my neuro and he said it sounds like I have trigeminal neuralgia, but we won't know 100% for sure unless I go in for an MRI. I have a thing against MRIs. I'm way too claustrophobic for that! He put me on a medication that would help me with my nerve pain, my sleep troubles, and my depression. Jill added some desensitizing techniques to my treatments and I have been in pain less days than I have been in years! I was on a 12 ibuprofin a day regimen for a while, until I felt like I was starting to get an ulcer, so this is amazing! I only have to take motrin a few times a month now, instead of a few times a day. Unfortunately Jill is retiring at the end of the year, but I am being passed along to Dan, who she assures me will carry on her work :) Also, the ladies at the front desk are very nice! You still have to wear your mask in the office, which I appreciate, and you're required to take your temperature with their hands free, no touch thermometer upon entry. I love that they are taking the pandemic seriously, and helping to keep their staff and patients in good health!

I have a lot of issues dealing with bursitis in my hips and a torn hamstring... and going untreated for a long time has caused my muscles to compensate and not work correctly. I had my initial visit with Darrell, which he was very informative and personable. I have also seen Parker and Jared and they are fantastic as well. Jared even was able to fix my left leg being longer than my right leg by doing something with my joints. All this stuff is a little over my head, but whatever they do seems to be working! I'm hoping that I am able to be fixed so I can get back to my rigorous yoga routine and 5k walks without my hips being in pain.
