Gio Natalya was recommended by my sister in law and After seeing pictures of Natalies work, I decided to stop in to see what she could do with my hair. The salon is super clean and adheres to all COVID precautions. She was able to give me a consultation on the spot since her first client didn't come in yet. FYI-if your a first time color client then you need a consultation first!! I felt confident after the consultation and booked my color appointment for the following week. Appointment Day-Natalie has magic in her hands!!! All I did was show her a picture of the Ash blonde I wanted and she was able to replicate it exactly. Left dye in my mom's hair and didn't wash it out. Left my hair 3 different colors. I watched them wash a girl with red hair and a ton of hair came out and they wrapped it up and threw it out fast so she didn't see. Used same hairbrushes for blowouts. Jerry only helps who he chooses to. The videos online is not what you actually get. Charges $10 extra without notice for blowout after washing dye out.
