I always go here to get my eyebrows done by Elizabeth, I recently visited and they told me she retired and moved to Ohio. One of the woman working there tried to convince me to try the other lady available for brows, then she walked away laughing with her coworkers. Nobody but Elizabeth has touched my eyebrows in years so I was a bit skeptical and confused on why she wouldn't mention retiring. I decided to check yelp and I found Elizabeth's listing with her number and decided to give her a call, turns out she was right across the street. Her ex employers are telling everyone that comes in asking for her this lie. This place and the people working there have no integrity if they're blatantly lying to customers like this. So I was coming to Elizabeth for years then a few months ago I come in and she was gone ! Thank goodness I walked down the block and found her . But when I asked the hairstylist she said she didn't know where Liz was lol really? I find that hard to believe plus they wanted me to try some other eyebrow lady . No one and I mean no one touches my face except for Liz ! It's sad they are so petty to gatekeep where Liz is lol .. sorry I won't be visiting or recommending this establishment. read more

I previously gave T&R one star based just on their manicurist, Shoba. I stand by that review but would give them 5 stars based on their hair dresser, Julie and eyebrow person, Elizabeth. Julie dyed my hair before my trip to Florida last month and it was fabulous! I went back yesterday for a trim and she did a great job on both me and my 11 month old daughter. Those 5 star reviews are based on hair services. I stopped in for a quick mani pedi and it was just okay. The tools could have been cleaner but I always bring a set of my own. The massage chair was cracked and my manicurist (Shobha?) was accommodating but no frills. It's a $20 mani pedi in a hair salon so you can't really expect much. It gets the job done in in a pinch but I can't say I'll become a regular. read more

The place is nice , I went to do my nails and the nail lady took forever because she was stopping and talking to people then she was asking me my personal business , then she was talking behind the co workers backs .. over all I had to soak my nails off the next week because it was horrible , so bumpy and the acyclic was so think , you can see the bumps . Mala has been my hair dresser for a little more than 5 years now...I love her! Yes, there is always a wait time for her but that's because 90% of T&R's customers are there for HER. She's amazing. She was awesome; sometimes she wouldn't recognize me but the second she started messing with my hair she'd know exactly who I was and what I wanted. My Mom and I went to this salon this past weekend. My Mom got a cut and color from Mala and I got a blowout from Sally. Sally did a great job on my hair and was very professional as usual. Mala, on the other hand, told my Mom she would have to wait only two minutes but when her friend came in to the salon she proceeded to work on her friend's hair instead of my mother's. We ended up having to wait an hour for Mala to start working on my mother! Mala's behaviour was extremely unprofessional and unjust. read more

I used to go to this salon for years..now I know why i left. After 3 years, I decided to return to this salon because it was closer to where I lived. My hair stylist was Sally, who literally cut my hair in ten minutes. She did not show me the final product with a second mirror and when I got home I realized that my hair was not straight in the back at all. There were long strands of hair and it looked like a two year old had cut it. I will not be returning to this salon in the future. Cheap haircut and a cheap result. If you want a decent haircut, invest a little more money and do not go to T&R Hair Concept. read more
