I brought my PC in for an evaluation because I felt I was installing an M.2 SSD wrong. The guys at Lytespeed did not make me feel incompetent at all. And assured if anything is wrong they can find it. They did fix the problem after a slight delay. And they offered a nice military discount. My computer is now running at in its best shape with a new NVME M.2. However the price for the M.2 was 50$ more expensive through Lytespeed, as opposed to buying it myself off amazon. I was looking for an obscure AC adapter for my Dell. Bestbuy didn't have one and neither did Staples. I went to Lytespeed because they told me they stocked a generic adapter. Unfortunately, that one did not work, so they checked what AC adapters they happened to have for their own use, and sold me one of their own. If that's not going the extra mile, I don't know what is! Went here with my aunt to find her a computer. The person behind the counter was very knowledgeable and we started talking computers he talked us into an HP that was $279 got it home tried to set it up to Internet. Almost took it back but we figured out the Internet on it and that workaround now we are very happy with the purchase because I looked up the price and the pc we got retails for 1,500 bucks fast and sturdy it should last a few years plus it had an upgraded hard drive and Windows 10 professional awesome pc I will probably get a desktop here when I have enough money read more

It amazes me in this age of social media that some small businesses don't step up their customer service. In August my daughter spent $200.00 to replace the LCD on her laptop at LyteSpeed Computers in Penn Fair plaza. The screen cover is now separating. The guy looks at it and explains what is happening and offers to try and epoxy it back together. He then proceeds to try and get me to agree to pay $30.00 for him to diagnose the issue. Im sorry, I thought we just established the issue is the screen you just recently charged us $200.00 for is now coming apart. In my opinion friends, take your computer repairs elsewhere. Lytespeed over charges, under performs and doesn't stand by their work. read more

Brought my phone in on 3/26 to replace the screen after recieving a quote of $179 from someone at LyteSpeed over the phone. I put a $90 deposit down and they told me it would be 3-5 business days to get the part in. I called on 5/29 and the part wasnt in yet. I then called again on 6/2 and they told me the shipment was canceled. At that point they advised that they "mis-quoted" me originally and it would be $239. After speaking with the first representative on the phone who said he wouldnt honor the original price, I called back and spoke with the Owner Joe Gatas. Joe told me that there was nothing he could do. Either he refunded me the deposit money or I would have to pay the $249. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Service Company. I basically just wasted two weeks for nothing. A smart business owner would have honored the price that the customer put a down payment on. I hope that people who are researching a place for computer/phone repair read this and go somewhere else. I posted this on Joe's website. It probably wont even make it up. Don't bother taking anything to these technocrooks. I brought in a laptop with a broken DC jack and they charged me $70 to tell me something I already knew. They said that the jack was one of two options a $60 jack or an $80 jack. They also said that it would take 3 days before they could look at my laptop and another 3-4 to fix it. To most people that means that the laptop will be fixed in a week for $80 at the most right? Wrong. Over a week later they call to twll me that it is going to be the $80 jack and would I like them to order it and install it. Of course I want them to fix it what am I going to do qith a laptop that won't charge? So I tell them to order it and they say it willtake 3 days for the part to come in. Fast forward another week and they call again. This time to tell me that the repair is done but they "found" some viruses and it is another $80 to get rid of them. Unbelievable they don't do the repair in the quoted time frame and they have the audacity to want another repair done! And to top it all off they are saying that the DC jack repair came to $140! How the hell does an $80 repair turn into a $140 one? Bottom line don't use lyte speed for anything! read more

I called this company, to help finish something another company just didn't have the time to do, and was quoted for just one day's work, yet they didn't bring the right people to complete the job, just one person who had no clue what he was doing, and milked the clock... Now I am double charged...after one day's work , that wasn't even completed as verbally told, that it easily could be done, but I was misled... I was told it would be done in one day no matter how long it took, but it was done a week later, and milked by this awful company who charges your credit card without your knowledge or provide you an invoice. A previous post said they were techno crooks, well I would agree with you 100 percent.. I will never use this company again...Poor service and quality of work!...My brother and law had to fix their mistakes with tv mounts, otherwise would have fallen on a customer. You don't offer to do something your not qualified or have no understanding of....Epic Fail. You are disputed....You lied to your customer...and misled them. read more

Every time I go in there, the sales guy is rude and pushy. Products are waaaay over priced. I asked for a 200mm fan, you tell me a 120mm generic fan is just as good. Which costs over $20?! Insane! Name Brands cost half that. I got my 200mm from a local competitor for around the same price these guys were selling the 120mm for. Their desktop systems are insanely over priced. I only walk in this store for the free CPU magazine, laugh at the prices, then leave. read more
