Everything is very expensive due to local taxes and fees. You will get a lot more product in SF and the bud tenders are kind and helpful. That being said, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I'm a heavy smoker/regular customer and I expect to be treated with common courtesy. It wasn't my first time at Lytt but definitely my last. As I stood there waiting to be helped on Friday, I made eye contact with "Danielle" only to be completely ignored. She fixed her hair in the mirror behind the register and then proceed to have a conversation with a male customer (who was being already being helped ahead of me). I stood there for a minute or two being ignored and then I interrupted her, "Excuse me, I'm kinda in a hurry can I get some help??" She huffed and got very rude with me. I felt obligated to explain myself, "I'm sorry, I've been waiting and I need to pick up my child soon..." She stonewalled me. I apologized again for interrupting her personal conversation and tipped her $5. She thanked me by scoffing. I have never before walked out of a dispensary feeling worse than when I walked in. read more

Way over priced products. You will be very surprised once you get to the cash register. I purchased an item for $55.00 but when I got to the register the item was $73.00. I understand there are taxes but not $18.00 on a $55.00 item. Can't wait till the Bloom Room opens up on 04/20 at least I know they charge fair prices. read more

Love the staff, they are usually very helpful. Today I came in to celebrate the Biden/Harris win. I told the security guard how happy I was and how I think we are moving in the right direction although not all perfect of course. He said he didn't see a difference. I said "Well at least we don't have a clown who does nothing but tear down successful programs past presidents have set up." He said "Still, now we have another clown." I tried to say "well let's agree to disagree." He laughed and said "No" and kept laughing until I walked away. Maybe it's advisable to stay away from the topic of politics, ESPECIALLY at your place of work? And maybe when someone is trying to be cordial and has a different opinion, don't laugh at them? I don't know, probably a bitter Trump supporter. I think the owner should talk to employees about appropriate work conversations or at the very least, teach employees that it's perfectly ok to agree to disagree. read more

Lytt is an awesome place! Great, friendly atmosphere from the doggies running around to all of the staff from the moment you walk in the door. The guy who checks IDs is welcoming and the bud tenders are knowledgeable, helpful, and laid back. Will help and answer any questions you have, but will also let you browse around and not be pushy. Cash only like most places, but they have an ATM on site. Definitely will come back! read more

Started coming here because they were closer, though pricier, than my other usual shop. But when I walked in to order recently, an employee behind the counter had his mask pulled down to his chin. Upon seeing me, he did exactly nothing to put his mask on, just called for someone else behind the counter to help me... and she also didn't have a mask on and had to pull it on. I was surprised to see it after they'd been pretty careful on my other visits. Considering that some of their customers are medically fragile, I think I'll go back to my old haunt for now. read more
