If you're looking for solid promotions and affordable options, they definitely deliver on that. That said, the customer service experience can be frustrating. It seems like they have enough budtenders on staff, but the scheduling doesn't always make sense. I've waited around 25 minutes before while only one tender was actually working the counter. With the volume they get, that kind of wait shouldn't be happening. The budtenders know the basics about weed, but sometimes it feels like they're guessing rather than confidently recommending products. I've also tried their flower multiple times, and more often than not it's been very dry -- to the point where it crumbles into dust. That's pretty disappointing. This is the second time this person has made me feel watched and uncomfortable, but the most concerning part is that they took a photo of my ID. I visited San Francisco for 5 days and my cousin really liked this dispo. I was looking to spend about 50-100 bucks every visit but the budtenders made it really hard. My first budtender, although very friendly, stayed betwren the basic stiiizy prerolls even though I've mentioned I've tried them all already. Got a 1g "blunt (joint) of strawberry cough and the weed was good, but it tasted disgusting. I go a second time to give them another chance, I get another dude around closing time. The deals were great, got to try alíen labs and all the things this dude sold me were great. By the end of my trip I've decided I wanna spend about 100-150 in stuff, I couldn't get the same budtender cause he was gonna go on his break, so I got this dude who's been working there for about 1 month. I wanted to repurchase the diamonds I got the day before, but in the end they gave me some kind of resin with a few crystals in it, I cannot really roll that in a joint and by the time I opened it I was too far from the store, ended up going to another dispensary to actually get the stuff I wanted and gave that resin to someone. Considering the Mission store had a data breach and that in this one the budtenders are not very helpful/knowledgeable and there's no self-serve kiosk, I don't think the prices are worth not being able to get what you actually want. read more

Bought an all in one gramlin live rosin disposable yesterday after having it recommended by the budtender. Only to have it be the worst disposable I've ever used. I think they just wanted to unload these to certain customers who don't know any better. This disposable is awful you have to hit it like 10 times to get any smoke out of it and the taste is so fake. The place was popular, I was probably 8th in line. But, the line moved fast as they has 3 weedistas working. I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this location and felt I was discriminated against. I was denied entry because I did not have a California ID, even though I presented a valid passport. I have used my passport at multiple STIIIZY locations without any issues. What made this situation more troubling is that after reading reviews for this location, I saw that other customers have been allowed in using passports and out-of-state IDs. I've been coming into this stiiizy store for 3 years and everyone is great. I always trust the worker to bring out, what I have asked for, however, last night(1/30) the Anaya girl made a mistake that could have been easily corrected. The woman put my order in the bag and never mentioned anything about the return policy, along with forgetting to give me a receipt. I was surprised to find that she did not give me the right order and after seconds of realizing that I was given the wrong thing they kept denying what was necessary to be done. The people showed unprofessionalism and after years of coming here they could not have done justice. After a long conversation Nancy gave in and gave me what I originally asked for. This issue could have easily been resolved, but the workers that night did not want to help and kept mentioning the manager left, when they were obviously in the back doing backflips or whatever they were doing. Friday night when I decided to try this new place near my Lake Merced residence. The dispensary clearly states that they close by 10 pm. I got there by 9:45 pm!!
