To secure the desired items, I initiated an online purchase, which, I must commend, was a seamless transaction. Upon my arrival for in-store collection, the experience commenced with a cordial greeting from a door attendant, who verified entry using a mandatory identification card. The staff, particularly the bud tender, exuded friendliness and efficiency, ensuring my items were prepared promptly for retrieval. However, it's imperative to address an aspect that significantly detracts from the establishment's customer experience: the payment policies. The dispensary limits transactions to cash or debit card payments, regrettably excluding credit cards. Unprepared for this stipulation, I opted for the electronic transaction, only to discover an additional surcharge applied to debit card usage. It is highly irregular and disconcerting for a business to impose an extra fee for such standard transactions, especially when their merchandise is already positioned at a premium price point. Wonderful, friendly staff. Registration was a smooth and quick process. Inside was clean and well lit, it looked great inside and was comfortable to be in. Outside is identifiable and easy to find, security guards were pleasant and made the storefront and surrounding area feel safe. Parking was easy enough to find.. Staff was knowledgeable about not only products but on the laws and regulations that affect patients and the community. They had a good selection of products and enough to choose from that was affordable. They have a pup on site who is friendly, cute as pie and great with customers. They said his name was Brodie. I felt my business was appreciated whereas I have not felt that from other dispensaries. The bud tender, Tiana, was easy to talk to, very nice, and accommodating. She answered my questions and gave me great recommendations and I left in a good mood. I always look forward to seeing her. read more

I went in to Elevated SF for the first time yesterday to get some skunk feather cartridges and was not disappointed. This place was great. They had a wide variety of flower, vape cartridges, edibles and oils. They had security out front which was great and the staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. I talked with Gregory for about 10 minutes about what I like/look for when it comes to flower and he recommended the most perfect hybrid. I live in Marin so it's a bit of a drive but was definitely worth it to talk to some cool people who know a lot about what they're selling, rather than a phone operator or looking at an online menu. Prices for flower were a little higher than I'm used to, $40-60 for an eighth. I had no issue with parking, it's located on a main road but there was plenty of parking on the side streets. I discovered Elevated SF because I let my medical card expire while I was living in Alaska. Elevated has a great variety of stock, whether flower, extracts, edibles, CO2 cartridges, etc. They also have a variety of price points so if your budget is a little right, you can still find the relief you need. Tiana was a great help. Not only is she super friendly and knows their stock well, but she is also incredibly helpful. I couldn't what I had bought on a previous visit so she looked it up for me and even recommended a few strains based on my purchase history. I live in Pacifica and I honestly don't mind driving into Visitacion Valley (20 mins or so) just because Elevated is such a good shop. Even security is super friendly and full of smiles. First Medical & Recreational Dispensary I have been to and continue to go here for almost 3 years now. The selection is updated daily and the deals they offer are OFF the charts. During COVID they really stepped up with sanitary measures while still providing the upmost and professional customer service. The staff has gone through some changes but the current staff always have helped me out to my entire needs. HUGE shoutout to Emily, Elijah, and Devin for always helping me and going the extra mile for me EVERY. Single. Time. There is only one issue I have which is security but can't complain for them doing their jobs, but they do have some attitude issues and might turn away some new customers / patients. Came in on a Friday a few weeks ago to pickup flower and really liked this place for the location and staff. My mind is usually fried from work at the end of the week and I had exclusively been using cartridges/pens over the last year so I really had no clue what to get and no energy to figure it out. Emily was helping me and must have read my mind or something because she immediately picked up on this and brought out 3 different strains she thought I'd like. I purchased all 3 and ended up loving each one. Very glad I had a good experience as I'd likely be coming here regardless. The location right off of 101 (and before hitting the more congested areas of SF) is simply way too convenient if you're coming up from the Peninsula. Definitely recommend! read more

I've only been to one other dispensary and that experience was terrible so I was hesitant to walk into this one but now I won't go any place else. Rich was the person to help me out and he was amazing. He was really knowledgeable about all the products which was really helpful and he was also very patient with me and answered all my questions with a smile. He really made it feel like I was no bother and that he actually cared about whether I would be happy with my purchases which is something that a lot of places/people don't do. Today was my was first time trying out Elevated in SF. It was fairly easy to get there but I can say parking was would have been a bit difficult if I didn't get lucky with a parking spot. Giovanni A. was urgent and I didn't wait for long. He helped me find just the perfect flower i was looking for and kept an open mind with the things i was interested in. I ended up purchasing what he recommended. An eighth of Wifi Cake #5. It easily became one of my new favorites. They do accept Credit & Cash payment with an ATM on hand. Although split transactions are not accepted. Giovanni A. made my visit simple and easy, it ran very smooth. He was detailed and patient. I cant wait to come back and try new things! read more

****UPDATE**** I have to update because after 2 months of coming here this staff is amazing! Gregory had made some suggestions for me based on talking to him and he hit it out of the ball park! I now know I can walk in and tell him what I'm looking for and he will always have the best recommendation for me! There is NO other shop I will continue to go to after today. I had some stupid issue where I couldn't remember my password and didn't have my phone on me. Not once did I get an attitude or a "ok lady hurry up" look! Very nice and welcoming dispensary. While visiting my uncle in san fran i noticed lots of the other dispensaries and workers in them were not as welcoming and helpful.. for example at some other places the bud-tenders would seem to get aggravated if you asked to see too many products so it was very refreshing when i came in and Giovanni was super helpful and kind in helping me make my decision and not once did he make me feel uncomfortable when asking to see products even though I did ask to see a lot in fact he actually showed me multiple different brands without me having to ask and that really helped make my decision! read more
