I became sick when I lived in Germany years ago. Somehow, I was contaminated by heavy metals. The 1930s Germans developed Chelation therapy to treat their own workers who were contaminated. Perhaps I lived on top of what was once a factory? I'm taking great medicine that appears to be working. One problem I've had daily for years has virtually disappeared overnight. Why offer a complimentary follow up if you are going to treat a customer like this? Also this complimentary appointment was unable to be rescheduled as complimentary and that was not communicated when making the appointment. She is not mindful of her customer's time and does not respect them enough to even communicate with them face to face. This makes for a poor relationship between customer and client. No matter how "good" your work is. The one thing that sets you apart in this industry is your customer service. I did like my nurse there and the IVs received, but also felt overcharged by the "add ons" to the IVs. When you go to pay, they are much more expensive than advertised on the menu. I paused my membership 3-4 months ago due to my schedule and travel. I then called to cancel. They accepted my cancellation and told me they would email me a cancellation form, which they never did. Then they started re-charging my credit card. I have disputed this with my credit card company. I have not been to this business in over 3 months and made it known that I would like to cancel. They do not have permission to charge my card. Be very careful with giving them your financial information, they are a deceptive business.
