From the onset, they showed up on time on Wednesday to assess my needs and provided a very competitive and detailed price quote within hours. They were knowledgeable about the product (not a Tesla) and explained thoroughly what the project entailed. They would be able to do it that Saturday (which was very convenient for me). They arrived early morning on time and spent the entire day snaking the cabling to the garage and moving around some circuit breakers to accommodate the new line. After hooking up the charger they asked me to plug it into my car. Of course, there were issues because the QR code on the charger linking it to my account wasn't working. They patiently waited while I called Customer Support and found out the way to handle the situation. When all was working fine, then and only then, did they clean up everything and leave. I'm extremely satisfied that I used Madjo and his father - both were very professional, courteous and thorough. I will use them again and highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

We were not able to get the electric work done before the painters finished and we were a bit concerned with having them cut holes in the new paint job. It should not have been a concern, as the crew was very neat. They did not require any touch up to the paint, and had covered up everything with drop cloths to keep the job very clean. I hired them to install my hvac system for my restaurant. From the beginning I got horrible…read moreservice,not responding the calls or messages nor having answer for my questions on time. However I decided to use them they gave me reasonable quote and told me it will take about 2 weeks to get permits etc. They wanted to have the complete job with materials and labor, I didn't want to have materials from them bc was expensive and need to pay 50% down. I decided to order materials from ecomfort with lower price and installment agreement, it was easy to pay for me. Michael (owner) came to my business checked everything, measured etc.and told me what he needs as material. I asked him to confirm what exactly I need to order,3 indoor units 1 outdoor condenser 1 heater pan, 1 condenser pump,3×50ft total 150ft line sets and clear hose. I checked with him the capacity of the units and the rest of the equipment I need to order. He checked the list and told me order everything in the list i sent him by text message. After him and his staff finished the installation I saw the condenser pump in the box unused! I asked him that you want me to order this pump but you didn't use it! He goes ah I thought we will need it but not any more, I got angry and said ok take it back then you use it and I'll deduct from your balance. He took it with him and left. Later I was checking the materials and I saw he didn't use at least 60% of the line sets he made me order it! I put everything into box and put in basement. When he came to ask me to pay the balance I told him you told me to order 150ft of line sets and you didn't use easy 100ft of it!!! I paid nearly $700 for 150ft of line sets. I told him I will deduct $500 from his balance with returned condenser pump (paid $120) then I can give his check. He said no it's not my responsibility you bought the materials I just installed it. If you want you can sell it on ebay he told me. I said I have whole text messages saved in my phone that you told me to order all this materials I didn't order myself! As a contractor you came to my business you inspected you measured it and you told me exactly what I have to order then I ordered whatever you told me. He ignored and said no I won't take it back and left my restaurant! A week later he emailed me that saying he won't take the material back that's not his problem or responsibility, he needs his money by end of the week otherwise he said I will place lien on building and go to court. Plus he prepared wrong paperwork for permit, after a month building department respond that they need to fill out correct paperwork, imagine I lost just 1 month bc of their mistake to fill out wrong paper work. Another issue happened at last when I have my building inspection which was inspector came for inspection and found out they completed the job but didn't get the permit yet so they finished the job without permit! I was suffering to open my business asap I lost a week because of their irresponsible work ethic. Finally they got all paper work done and I passed the inspection. As I mentioned I had a lot of issues with this company called MFB MECHANICAL and absolutely advise people stay away from them if you don't want trouble!

I've been using P&M mechanical for about 6 years now- I stumbled in Phil and the team after a…read morestring of bad experiences and serious ripoffs (almost ten thousand!) with two other companies. They have done a ton of work for me over the years including full replacement of our heating and AC systems for high efficiency ones, thermostat upgrades, water heaters, duct work... They have shown up at my house at 5AM in the morning to trouble shoot and replaced my old system on one of the coldest days of the year for me. The work is always quality and they always stand by it- if something isn't right they come back and fix it right away. What is the best about P&M to me is that they don't oversell you. I don't know anything about HVAC but Phil does not take advantage of that. He tells me what's practical and what he suggests, what will save me money now vs in the long run and let's me make my own decision. He consistently comes in cheaper than anyone else but more importantly I feel comfortable that I don't have to call around and get ten quotes when Phil tells me a price I know it's a fair one- this is rarely the case anymore. I once had an issue with a neighbor complaining about some construction happening at our house, Phil managed to smooth things over when it didn't even have anything to do with him. He's just that kind of guy- always going above and beyond. A good, honest, decent company with nice guys working in it. I send everyone I like to P&M. Everyone I don't like can use the other guys.
