Towed a legally parked car. When confronted, contemptuous and asinine. Avoid. Car was parked outside where I live, in a designated parking space according to all HOA guidelines and rules, and in a safe, reasonable location to park. I asked that my car be removed from their truck's boom as it was sitting in the designated parking place. I took pictures of the truck, car, and called the police. When I explained that the car was parked according to the rules, MAS Towing ignored the rules, tried to shun me for disobeying the rules, and insisted that they are entitled to hijack my vehicle and hold it ransome. read more

I don't know what experiences other people have had with them, but my experience was great. Called around to several towing companies in the area and they gave me the best price for the 14 mile tow. The driver picked up my vehicle from the dealership (after they tried to seriously soak me for brake work, but that's another review) and dropped it off to my house right within the time line they said they could do. When the driver dropped the vehicle I told him what was happening and he spent 20 minutes and basically talked me through the process of replacing the brake calipers, pads, bleeding the brake lines, etc. Couldn't ask for more than that. read more

MAS Towing and Recovery helped me after an accident I had and were very professional and helpful. They allowed myself and my friend to ride in the tow truck to the location where my car was being towed. The gentleman who was the tow truck driver helped me in and out of the cab and the woman who accompanied him did the same. She was very helpful in telling me what was going to happen once my car got to its location. Both were very kind and attentive to me and my friend which helped greatly since we had just been in an accident. I saw them take advantage of a girl after she got in a wreck. They will do anything for money. If you get in a wreck and you can manage to call a towing company, do so but not them and don't let the cops call because they'll call these guys if you live in Cary and they will jack the prices up.ruthless.Its a old man and a woman. I wish I could of helped the girl but i was back and forth from my house trying to get her stuff to stay warm. i hope this helps.these guys are bad business and bad people. read more
