The photographers (a couple) were very polite and responsive in the beginning stages. However a few major issues: 1. Quality: photographer sat most of the time so the angles of many of the photos were from an odd looking down view. 2. Trustworthy: we did not receive our photo book nor our full video documentary from them. The pictures arrived well after the contracted promise. They were very unresponsive to email until I threatened legal services. After which they responded that they were having life difficulties and couldn't "get strong enough WiFi" to send our video to us. They were very easy to get in contact when money was still owed but after that I could not get in contact with them via phone or email and our products were mot delivered. The products we were given were not of the quality I expected based on the portfolio they have visible and the older reviews. I would not recommend booking their services. read more

Don't do it. We booked Aisha for our wedding videographer about a year out (booked in Nov 2015, wedding was Oct 2016). Throughout the year or so off, they were not super responsive, but not a huge deal. Then, about a month out, my Day-of Coordinator was trying to reach them. Aisha didn't respond until about a week out saying she was sick and wouldn't be able to do it. She did say that she would find someone else for us. Then after that conversation, never heard from her again and wouldn't respond to our requests to refund our money. We ended up having to go through the credit card company to cancel the charge and refund our card. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS and find someone else. I had a photographer lined up, she was local to me and it was a trade deal. Accounting work for photography work. That fell through 3 weeks before my wedding. I was devastated and searching for someone to cover my wedding. I took to Craigslist looking, and came across a post Aisha had made. She was filling some of her open weekends with last minute events. I reached out and it was like fate. She was easy to talk to, willing to work with me, and super happy to learn I was doing an unplugged wedding. A couple weeks later, she and her second shooter drove through the night from Atlanta, to make it to my wedding in Stanardsville VA. They were so sweet and fun to have around. Paid for my video and photography for my destination wedding months in advance in full and she cancels on me the night before my wedding via email ! Now she explains she's going through hardship and her husband has a terminal illness and does not have my money to refund me. Truth is on her husbands Facebook is a go fund me because they are broke and scammers and now I have to go through pay pal to get my full refund of under 1 year , I paid her over and year and a half span for my package. This was a bad situation from the day of the wedding. Aisha fasiled to show up but sent some random guy instead, he was rude and unprofessional. Took No direction, with an attitude. Never been to a wedding before where a photographer was more visible. Walked in front of guest, when there were clearly 2 ways to avoid such a blunder. Bumped the groom, causing him to almost loose his balance. The video has no vows and it's 3.59 min of waste. Is it just me but I thought the video helped you relive the entire ceremony. I guess this is art but it's a poor reputation of art. Getting the final product was a headache. Excuse after excuse was made. In the end we were grateful to finally see there is a final product. We wondered. The last thing a bride should have to deal with on the day of her wedding is a person she hired not showing and having the professional courtesy to tell her in advance. I guess all in all, we were lucky someone showed up to do the job and there is product. But it's disappointing and not high quality. The dude, never took any photos of the bride in her gown. If I could rate negative stars I would rate this company a -10!!!!! As a bride we are at the mercy to trust strangers to do a job that no do overs are allowed. In which case, it is very critical while planning a wedding to pick the right person(s). Unfortunately, just as many others I entrusted my special day with the wrong person. My story is very similar as the other unfortunate brides to be on Yelp, Wedding Wire, Rip Off Report, etc. I enlisted Aisha McNease dba MNA Photography to perform photography and her husband Marcus to do videography work for our wedding which was to include a mini engagement shoot. We engaged in a contract on April 16th for our December wedding. From the inception of our contract, I attempted to get a date for our engagement shoot with very little or no response from Aisha to lock in a date for the first five months. Once we were able to solidify date(s) in October it was rescheduled by Aisha on both times via text. Not to mention, she informed me literally 3.5 hours before scheduled shoot. Our re-scheduled date was two weeks later with same text notification but two days before because of her injury. However, she stated she would see if a team member would be able to take the photos to avoid rescheduling. This was all via text not even the common courtesy of a simple phone call after inconveniencing myself, my fiancé and make up artist two weeks prior. The next day (day before shoot) I called her to discuss the replacement, confirm time, etc. but no returned call or response from "my photographer". Even when she stated she was trying to fill with another "team member" there was never any call or text to confirm. However, in her mind she stated we had "agreed" that we were still doing a shoot. At which point, I decided to cancel my contract and seek other professional help for our big day. I could not imagine proceeding with MNA for one of the most important days of our lives for something so important as to capturing it via photographs and videography. Quite frankly, who would after a series of let downs from day one? The unfortunate part is she has the nerve to want to keep $530 deposit knowing she did not perform any work and basically she breached our contract. So as a new bride, if you want to have the added burden of little to no communication with your photographer, excuse after excuse to reschedule, no professionalism and a host of other things just to "possibly" be one of the few satisfied clients than good luck with this one. After researching her company it is very clear why she no longer operates under Divine Imagery. However, considering there has been no change in how she conducts business with current name MNA it's only a matter of time before she will have to ditch this name and start over. Run while you can!!! This couple sold me on a promise that they could not keep! Communication was great until after our wedding. It became IMPOSSIBLE to get a prompt response from them. We only hired them to be our videographer, and thank goodness because the video was thrown together with music that we didn't request. The only good thing they did was allow us to pay through PayPal. Thanks to quality customer service provided by PayPal, we were able to get our money back. This is a pathetic company. Marcus was our videographer October 2017. He was just branching out from photography and had a special going on to book videography with him. I took him up last minute after I had to get rid of the other videographer that I had booked. Marcus responds extremely fast to any messages or questions you have. M&A Photography is THE BEST! Hands down! One of the scariest decisions for me was choosing the people that would hold the responsibility for the MEMORIES of the best day of my life in their very hands, or cameras. Every single person I would talk to that seemed 'legit' was WAY over my budget. When I happened to come upon Marcus and Aisha, that all changed. First things first, their style of photography is unmatched. It is more of an artistic creative way to have a storytelling vibe used to your wedding! Its very sought after and doesn't just happen through editing. It happens IN CAMERA. Marcus and Aisha are those photographers. They have taken time to practice their craft and have mastered it. It comes naturally for them. They have the eye for it. They are also able to work with people who aren't "easy" to photograph. My (then fiancé) now husband has a brain injury and balance is not his strong suit. Instead of taking us out to the middle of the woods, we went to a parking lot, and I was FLOORED at the photos that came out of it. Not just anybody can do that. But M & A Photography CAN. They also are able to be contacted day or night, I'm convinced that one of them stays awake while the other one sleeps. I feel like its part of their master plan (kidding). I sat up talking with them on November 5th for what seemed like forever, (it was probably over the span of 4 hours) and ended up booking them based off of what work I had seen, and the fact that they were in my budget as well as able to be contacted (which for me was my biggest nightmare - booking a vendor and then never seeing them or hearing from them again). I can promise you, you will NOT regret using them for your photography. It will actually be one of the best decisions you have made, other than saying yes to your soon to be hubby! The only bad decision throughout the entire wedding process. If you're thinking of using Marcus (aka Michael) and/or Aisha, ball your fingers up into a fist, knock yourself out, and then slap yourself when you come to again. Working with them has been an absolute nightmare, and all I want (besides my wedding video which we've been waiting months for) is to make sure that others don't go through the same frustrations that we have to right now. We were married on 3/24/19 and nearly 3 months later, have no evidence from them that our wedding happened. After several attempts to reach out via phone and email, I finally got Aisha to agree to send me the video that was sorely overdue and all she sent was an empty dropbox file. When I notified her both 12 hours and several days later, she said it was due to a slow internet connection on her part. This company apparently has different business names to mask their shady business practices. I reached out to a news team but they aren't registered as a business should be, which makes the process even of getting a refund or our video that much more difficult. Please, if you see a morbidly obese woman paired with a dark-skinned guy show up to take pictures or videos at your wedding, ask for identification and make sure they aren't Aisha or Marcus (Michael) McNease. Wow! Aisha and her husband Marcus were amazing photographing our wedding, here in Savannah, Georgia. Aisha was so good with communicating with us, even though we were quite a distance away. At the initial meeting, Aisha came prepared with examples of her work and wedding albums, checklists, and ideas, which made me extremely happy and comfortable. Their process kept us at ease and informed throughout the entire experience. These two really know what they're doing. Every shot was so well thought out and the photos have turned out beautifully, thanks to Aisha's many talents and helpers. Her shooting style was exactly what we were looking for and we could not have asked for a better photographer or a more incredible outcome. The cinematic video was really the cherry on top; absolutely perfect - the video and song went so well together for a gorgeous product. On top of all this talent, we had to move our wedding date up about 3 months from the original date with only about a month and a half notice. By a miracle, and thankfully, it was no problem for them. They were so understanding, helpful, and flexible. If I could do it all again, the only thing I would do differently is allot more time for formal photographs (I felt bad making the wedding guests wait for too long, so I opted not to do very many). Overall, I'm extremely happy with everything I've seen so far and can't wait to see the final wedding album and prints. I had such a horrible experience with Aisha. First off, when i initially scheduled to do a shoot with her for my reception photos she told me at the last minute that she wasn't feeling well or some excuse that she couldn't make it and that someone else on her team would come. It was super stressful considering that i made arrangements to meet with her and she didn't have the audacity to even show up to take my photos for my bridal photos or for my wedding. I never even met this lady and she was the one who collected my money. Shaking my head! Then she told me my photos and video would be ready in 16 weeks i waiting even longer to receive them after asking her more than 3 times the status on everything. I was not pleased with my video, it didn't capture many of the moments that a bride would want for her special day. During my first dance with my husband during the recording there were 2 songs playing. I asked this lady for 6 months about fixing this video and she said over and over again that she would fix it and have it to me by the end of the year of 2017. fast forward... to now, and i still have yet to receive the fixation on this video she said she would have it to me by last week and it's now the following week almost Thursday and this lady has yet to reach out to me. She's so unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time, money, and her job. I was not pleased at all with her services and would not recommend going to her for any of yours. I definitely would not recommend M&A Photography or Aisha McNease for any photography services. In my experience the company was extremely unprofessional. After booking her and paying my deposit, she failed to show up to the engagement shoot that we scheduled more than a month in advance. In fact, she canceled the shoot less than 1 hour before it was set to start. I had already paid for and gotten my make-up done, and rented a dress for the date. The first red flag was that I had to reach out to her before the shoot because Aisha McNease failed to communicate with me about the details before the shoot. She claimed that her reason for not showing was the weather (rain), however I hired another photographer (who came though at the last minute to save the day) and have visual proof that the weather was not an issue. After she failed to show, I called her and she failed to return my calls. I had one of my friends call her as a potential client to see if she was purposely avoiding my calls. She immediately called my friend back. I continued to call her repeatedly, text her, and email her. She finally responded, via text, and refused to speak with me. I asked her for my refund back and she refused to deliver, in a rather rude email. Eventually, I took her to small claims court and got a judgment in my favor. She has still failed to pay me. After my horrifying experience with her, I researched and learned that Aisha McNease has changed the name of her company after receiving horrible reviews. The company used to be called Divine Imagery before the name was changed to M&A Photography. Aisha McNease is rude, unprofessional, and extremely difficult to get in touch with. If you enjoy getting Facebook messages the day of your engagement session stating it needs to be rescheduled, only to be rescheduled to another day and find out Aisha's associate will be photographing your session, then find out said photographer will not be photographing your session because "it may rain", then by all means book them. My fiance and I got picture ready twice only to be cancelled on the day of. The second time was was the last straw because I was getting the run around from her (delay in responding to Facebook messenger, not responding to phone calls, and sending me the associates info and telling me to discuss with him why he wasn't showing up) and I simply asked for a refund of the deposit for my photography package. All confidence was lost that they would actually show up on my wedding day. Not worth the stress or headache. Thankfully my bank is refunding the money, because she sure was talking in circles trying to avoid giving me my money back despite having done nothing but caused undue stress. I am additionally out of a $100 deposit for another session I was planning to do prior to my wedding Oct. 2017, hard to be photographed by someone that has been so unprofessional. read more
