There were a couple of areas I felt could be cleaner but he said that that was as clean as he could get it. He just now texted offering me his services so I decided to give him honest review. I made appointment with him in advance, and he never show up. He replied 5 hours later, and blamed weather in Salinas, he also told me he can't come soon because he has huge job for a week some place else. I think he overbooked himself, and cancelled on me because he had better client. Otherwise he would reply to my morning message, but he was busy for 5 hr. I am sure many of you are having this ridiculous issue. Advanced Pressure washing treated roof for moss/algae and made the roof look like new. Dinning room screen on backwards. * 3. The BIG kicker, kitchen screen was removed and not cleaned and most importantly not put back. Noticed the window open, my three indoor cats could have escaped and got eaten by outdoor "wild animals", I felt this was reckless on his end. Note: The windows on both sides and 95% of screens were perfect! I just wished he was "attention to detail" a tad more, and double/triple check his work before leaving job site.
