Wow, Shine XD has definitely earned their 5-star rating. I have been power washing sections of our hard scape over the years with much sweat and mixed results. We have a mix of bluestone and brick and had significant grime and mold buildup. Christian, Paulo and Max were awesome. Our job was a full 8 hours given the buildup and square footage. They gave me an estimate right away and scheduled a crew to come out to clean my panels. They did an excellent job from responding quickly to my request for services to cleaning the panels. My panels, which were covered with pollen and/or lichen now look like new. My contact person, Alfredo, quickly responded by text or phone to answer the couple of questions I had. ShineXD worked with us on a complex arrangement to clean 29 houses in our HOA neighborhood, all with invoicing directly to the owners. There were a lot of options for customization but also the pricing tiers were pretty simple for those who just wanted a simple package. We got a really excellent price out of it and the customer service was top notch. They cleaned our window and inside screens (we moved them outside). I love how their values and working tenets are on the front page of their website. It goes to show how committed they are to transparency and demonstrate that you can trust them, because they're willing to let customers call them out on anything awry. Kenny is really great at over communicating, which is important to keep misunderstandings at bay. We had a 44+ email thread between ourselves over a couple of weeks as we nailed down requirements and obstacles. He offered to do a site visit to cut down on this, but I wanted to save him the gas by submitting photos of our site. Only downside was that there were occasionally missed windows on some houses but he was happy to rectify immediately and would not deposit any checks until everyone was satisfied with the work. The work itself was very high quality. Windows were very clean and there was no chemical residue because they just use purified, softened water. (we had to provide water access on our site, which is hard water) Disclosure: I did shop for competing bids, but ShineXD was a friend of one of the residents so he gave us a nicer price than regular folk. read more

Alfredo and Kenny came back for my spring solar panel cleaning -- again, excellent as before. This time we did a full house wash, window wash, and driveway. The house has never been cleaner. The windows, and I have so many panes it was a pain for them, are crystal clear. While I removed the screens, they used a special screen cleaner to remove the accumulated dust and grime. Who cleans their screens? These guys do. But the capper is the driveway: we have a long driveway that had accumulated spots of dirt and mildew, which I thought would never come off. Alfredo and Ken are great guys. We had Shine XD clean our solar panel, install the bird guard (as we had massive bird issue) and clean our windows. They really took the time to explain the process and one can see that they take their work seriously. They are responsive to your questions and concerns. Had to ask them to come back to tighten up a section of the bird guard and they took care of it quickly. Solar panels are clean as if they were just installed. I improved the efficiency of my solar panels by 37% when I saw Shine XD cleaning a neighbor's solar panels Sunday afternoon, and asked them if they had time to do mine. They agreed, with a totally reasonable fee and friendly, thorough service - even though it meant they were at my house until much later than I'm sure they planned to be done for the day. I had read that it's not really worth it to clean your solar panels because you don't lose that much efficiency when they're dirty. That definitely wasn't true in my case. Probably they were much dirtier than normal because of the fires. Maybe the rain (if it ever happens!) would have cleaned some of that off, but looking at the pictures I doubt it would have gotten them completely clean. I'll definitely have Shine XD back to clean my panels in the future! COVID-wise, they were wearing masks and kept a distance the whole time. Completely safe. read more

I had Alfredo and his bus. partner, Kenny came by our residence to give us a bid. I have exposed aggregate with brick inlay. It had not been cleaned in years.I wanted the driveway, walkway, brick facia and mow strip done. I had other companies come by and bid this project out. Some were very high and some never got back to me after they came out. Not too many had the hot water method, EPA approved cleaning. Alfredo was very environmentally conscientious. I did not want the cleaning solution and dirty water to go into the storm drain. Shine XD has a great set up to extract the water and store it in containers. After negotiating for a fair price, I decided to have them come out and do the job. Boy, was I impressed. They spent 2 hrs. removing all the oil stains, grime, and whatever was on the concrete. They even showed what his machine can do for wood fencing ( power wash). These guys are the real deal. They are very friendly and easy to work with. This is not a dog and pony show.
