I called this company based on a referral from a neighbor. I had them come look at the pile of trees we needed chipped. He came to my house, walked the property and quoted me $750 if he did not have to haul anything away. I told him we had $700 and the job was his. He showed up this morning and decided he needed $900 instead. When I pointed out that he looked at everything and gave me a price, he got an attitude, started bringing up others providers in the area that were going to be more expensive. I told him we had the $700 so if he couldn't do what he said we would look for someone else. He peeled out of my driveway like a child. Mike was awesome! Our yard needed LOTS of help about a month ago, and he and his crew were up for the challenge. Mike said it would take 1 to 1.5 days to complete, but they were done in just under a day. Trimmed all the bushes, tall (and completely overgrown hedges), weed whacked everything, raked it up and took it away (and after talking to us, even hauled off trash we had in the yard). They also used a blower to clean the sidewalk and walkways when they were done. I will definitely be calling them again. read more

I called Mike to come take a look at clearing our back slope in Mt Helix of excessive vegetation and dead tree branches. Mike was very responsive and gave me a quote within an hour of me calling him. Even better he was able to schedule the work the following day, although we did have to delay because of a red flag warning...but he just came the day after. They are rated A+ with BBB. Mikes gave us a very fair quote. He and his crew came out the following week right on time. The crew worked all day and well into the next. Wow, we're we ever impressed with their work ethic. Hard workers! Mike did so much more than what he was contracted to do. We had a huge stump that had been removed from the ground but couldn't be cut up and was too heavy to haul away. Several other companies wouldn't touch it. Mike's crew took this as challenge and muscled it into their truck even though this wasn't in the agreement. I would have given him 5 stars but we got off to a rocky start when Mike rescheduled our initial appointment several times. Usually I'd say forget him, but so glad I didn't.
