She got annoyed and canceled my appointment because I asked her to tell me where she was calling as I reached out to another company. I called several tow companies to tow my lowered honda. After probt 5 diff companies that didnt want to bother. This company had no problem coming out and helping me. They even tried to help me get it started so i didnt have to tow it so far. But it didn't workout n my favor. The driver was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't mess around with trying to figure out how to put my car up on the truck. I'm actually surprised to see so many good reviews. My experience with this tow company is awful!!! My husband was in a really bad accident with a big rig last Tuesday. This company comes to pick up his car. When my family went to pick up his things, the lady assumed he was dead? Wtf?! How about NOT assuming or just don't SAY anything! 2). Someone went through his wallet and helped themselves to his cash 3). Went through his car took his watch 4) also took his carerra sunglasses and some cheap ones (doesn't matter it's stealing))) 5) lady gave us a difficult time assuming my hubby was the registered owner and he wasn't my father in law was. 6) my father in law is a reserved man, he had to throw down the title and the cash $475 and demand to see car. I am thankful my hubby is alive but to hear what my family went thru dealing with the customer service here!!! while I was at the ER with my hubby. I hope and pray nothing like this ever happens to anyone! And to have someone stealing from your loved ones car while they are being worked on in ER! Or maybe they assumed he was dead? Last December I was left stranded far from home in Claremont because my car wouldn't start. The first tow truck driver that was sent over from some random company had no idea what he was doing and simply left me... didn't even bother to give me a tow. The second driver from a second company kept postponing for about 2-3 hours until I gave up and had to call and cancel what appeared to be a no-show through my emergency roadside service. Finally, after about six hours of sitting in the cold and trying to come up with a back up plan in case I had to find a way to stay on campus, a the third driver (from a third company, M&D) arrived. Not only was he polite and efficient, he let me sit in his warm truck (it was night time and freezing around then) while he tried to figure out what was up with my car. Soon enough he managed to restart it (it was the starter) and I was on my way home finally! I am eternally grateful. If I am ever in the same predicament, in that same area, I'll be sure to tell my roadside assistance company to send someone from this company. Oh, and the driver's name was Caleb. My car was towed Saturday evening and was to be delivered to my dealership by Monday morning. On Monday evening when the car still had not been received I called to check the status. They had me on hold for 10-15 minutes then notified me there was a gliche in the system and the car was never delivered. On Tuesday the dealership still had not received my car. I call again and I had terrible customer service where they stated my car was delivered but to a different address. I am telling my mother standing next to me it was towed to the incorrect address and the person on the phone gets upset stating they didn't send it to the wrong location then hangs up on me. I am notifying my roadside assistance of the terrible service. read more

On time, updated with their service, very courteous and professional people. Today I was helped by 2 drivers. Andy and Bobby. They took care of business. My Jeep broke down in Mammoth California, and Justin drove all the way up here while it was snowing. If he couldn't make it, I woulda been stuck up there for a whole week. My BMW overheated in heavy traffic today. I called my insurance company and they contacted M&D Towing. Caleb drove to where I was stranded carefully loaded my car on his flatbed truck and delivered my car to my mechanic. He was very courteous, polite and answered my questions pertaining to his truck. They were able to tow a motorcycle. The guy who picked me up was really nice. we drove from basically Diamond Bar to John Wayne Airport. They don't accept American Express. I understand there was traffic at 4:30... but setting the expectation I'd be picked up in 20 minutes and then getting there in an hour and half isn't cool. Well, I don't have AAA and everyone was closing up, luckily they were available to pick me up. Road in a newer, clean truck, not sketchy, safe, and overall experience was good. M & D Towing is awesome!! I locked my keys in the car with it running along with my toddler inside... I know now that my car has a major default. This is probably the scariest thing that has happened to me!! M & D towing within 20 minutes of being dispatched. The manager actually called me about 5 minutes after being dispatched to let me know that the driver was in route and would be there within the next 10 minutes, he actually did arrive right when he said he was. The two men that arrived to the scene were very friendly and courteous... they got the doors unlocked within seconds and I was able to get me terrified toddler out. This place does not carry the proper insurance for employees or other damages. Not very forthcoming with Judge Orders either. Not a place to go to if you expect to be served by a compliant company. Don't trust them since they will not respond when you need them to. read more

The horse trailer had a flat and while I was at the hosting stable Trent came over to help me with the spare and determine the safest options for the trailer. Over the years I've been lucky enough to never have to utilize a tow service for a breakdown or tire change. I'm glad that when I finally had to call for help the folks over at M&D were there to help me with my breakdown. Response time was fast and the gentleman who arrived, Justin, was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He checked the basics on my car first to see if maybe he could figure out what was wrong with my car before loading my car into the flat bad in order to save me an unnecessary tow. After his checks determined my car was definitely not going anywhere, Justin loaded my car onto the flatbed with precision and care that you can only get from someone with years of experience and most importantly a passion for what he is doing. My bill was more than fair for the service I was provided. I have heard these guys do transport as well and have seen one of their vehicles going down the road with a very expensive looking car on a sweet looking trailer. Highly recommend this company! After a solo car accident on June 15th @ 7pm, I needed a tow as both my front tires were blown and I was leaking water from my damaged radiator. Called M&D Towing and the woman that answered, though initially relatively helpful, said she was on another line and asked if she could call me back. I gave her both my cell and my husband's and yet she NEVER called me back. Good thing I didn't wait for her or I'd still be sitting in Rancho Cucamonga waiting on her. I called Edwin's Towing and they were much more helpful and got me towed safely home. I will be leaving a positive review for them! read more
