The closer we worked to the back of the store gazing through selection where the employees were, I definitely made contact and spoke and they just looked down at their phones. Now I know they saw me, heard me and did not speak!! 2 other guys walked in and they happily greeted them from the back to the front of the store!! At this point we knew they did not want "our" business, so we left! Call it what you want, but they don't want "us" in their store and purchase their products. My dad was a top military personnel, my husband and I work for the military, heck my boss is an Admiral! I know what it means to support military and its initiatives and this is not a way to represent the military or veterans!

I had a very frustrating experience at Chesapeake Square Pawn. The wait time was extremely long,…read moreand there didn't seem to be any sense of urgency or organization among the staff. It appeared that many of the employees were new and unsure of what they were doing, which made the process even slower and more confusing. What really stood out to me was the inconsistency in their pricing. Designer items were quoted significantly lower than expected--far less than what I was offered for gold and silver. That lack of balance and knowledge in evaluating items was disappointing and made me question their expertise. Customer service overall was poor. The staff was not very attentive or welcoming, and there was little effort to make customers feel comfortable during the long wait. If you're going to have people waiting for extended periods, there should at least be basic accommodations like seating, Wi-Fi, or access to a public restroom. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, unorganized, and lacking in proper customer care. I would not recommend this location based on my second and final visit.
