Our builder hired Precision Interior to install all the windows in our new home. Despite paying…read moreover $40,000 to the company they can't be bothered to finish their work. Our first payment of over $10,000 was paid in June 2020, much of the work was done in October 2020, it is now May 2021 and several of the windows still won't close and the window they shattered during installation remains broken. We have asked them several times to come back to finish the job but they can't be bothered. We have been given excuse after excuse such as "they sent the wrong window" (twice) or they will be there "next week." Even during the initial installation the windows didn't shut until my wife cleared all the debris from the rails so they obviously never checked their work. We now have a different glass company coming to fix Precision Interior's work - we can't have our home remain unsecured any longer. If Precision Interior is this dismissive of a full home window installation project imagine how little they care about a smaller one.
