I know know why these nails salons are still up. They do not care about your nails. They do a crappy job and expect you to sit there and smile when they ask you if you like them. They rush, don't apply polish well, and obviously don't know how to their job. It just blows my mind how people are okay with leaving the nail salon with these kinds of nails. read more

Came here because we are in town for a wedding and it was close to our hotel. Honestly, I wish I could take them back to Atlanta with me! Me and my mom both got pedicures and nails done. The service was amazing. They took their time with the pedi's and that's the most important thing. With my nails my technician did a marble freestyle which came out perfect for wedding guest nails. read more

They are so sweet here, and work very hard to make you comfortable! Ask for Jennifer, I've been going to her for years and she just moved to M&J. What. An. Experience. My mother & I went in for pedicures today, decided on the deluxe pedi since everything was 15% off. Cindy worked on her feet, Kathy on mine... and in the 9 months I've lived in this area and searched and searched for a good pedicure, I haven't had anything like this. The massages were lengthy & thorough. They removed ALL our dead skin... for a mere $30 I had all the basics plus a scrub w/ massage, hot towels & mask, paraffin wax, hot stone massage, and the longest oil massage I've ever had. While I don't mind paying the extra price for add on, I think an additional 15.00 for using gel polish with a basic manicure is a bit much. I also wouldn't care as much if it would have lasted more than 2 days, but it began to peel after the 1st night. I got my nails done on Friday, 12/28, today 1/2, the gel has completely chipped off. This place is amazing every time!! I have been there 5 different times. Very clean and Relaxing!!! I would recommend!!! Cindy for dipping powder, it lasts sooooo much longer than any other nail place I have had dipping at (approx. 3 1/2 to 4 weeks)!!!! Lan is great with eyebrows and lip waxing she is soooo gentle and my face is not even red!!!! LAN also pays close attention to detail when it comes to a shellac manicure!!! She is so clean and precise!!! If you are getting a pedicure I would recommend MAi. Make sure to pay the extra 3 dollars for the good massage chairs on the right it is so worth it!!!! read more

I love this nail salon! It's a relaxing environment and they do a wonderful job. My shellac manicures are always perfect and I love the pedicures as well. It's very clean and they use utensils straight out of the sanitizing enclave. I can relax while I'm here knowing that I won't leave with another customers fungus. A+ read more

I came to get my nails removed today and other places usually soak your nails in acetone to prevent the nail from being too weak. Instead she basically peeled them off right from my nails with a fake acrylic nail. I then asked if I could get my nails painted white and it was not done good at all. I didn't say anything at that time, but now it's only been 12 hours since I got it done... and it's ALREADY PEELING. I paid money for this?? It's so upsetting when you pay someone else for something that is simply just not done right. Will not be coming back. read more

Very unsanitary! Linn reused Acrylic Liquid on about 6 different clients. 2/28/2022. I question her about it and her response was that she's only used it on 3 people. Very unsanitary. I made her pour new fluid after I looked into the container and saw glitter in the bottom of the glass but I got white powder polish. Very Nasty and Unsanitary read more

Had the best experience here! The staff is very friendly the atmosphere was very relaxing. I didn't feel rushed at all I didn't feel like they were talking about me in front of me. Prices are excellent too! Also, they serve Vietnamese coffee which is a rare treat to find in the burbs! I will be a regular here! read more

I have been here 3 times on the recommendation of my husband He likes this place very much, it's where he found a good pedicure. My first appointment with Kevin was amazing I must say, he's great! 2nd appointment refill went nice, I tried something new with the chrome/metal nails /ombré. One broke within 5 days but I went back and he fixed them. 3x I walked in for pedi with my daughter and it was okay based on a "25-30min" wait. Kevin did a nice job and recommend that I see their tech (Vicki) for lashes... Vicki asked that I arrived on time (10am), but she ended up being a NO SHOW! I called no answer then realized the shop opened at 11am. I left, then I called from home and informed the tech., that I arrived on time but Vicki was a no-show. He apologized then said, let me call her, I'll call you back. Well it's 30 min after, no call. I'm pretty upset about this issue. But, when this happens I choose to move on to a better place with good customer service.... Bye, "Tran Nails!" I won't be back! read more

I like this salon because the atmosphere, no matter how busy, is relaxing. I have been several times and have had good experiences with both pedicures and manicures. The chairs are comfortable, the salon is spacious, the TV and music are not distracting. read more

I come to this salon because it is so close and convenient. Also the people here are very nice and welcoming. I have a special needs daughter and they always make sure that she feels welcome and tries to keep her in the conversations even though she is profoundly deaf and translate for them. Most of the manicurists make sure you're happy with what you leave with and they take pride in their work. If ever I've had a situation where I left and something happened to one of my nails or I needed something fixed they take care of it without question. read more

I got my nails done here one time. They lied about being able to do designs they were able to do absolutley nothing. Then I got a shellac manicure and it didn't even last one week. I went back to get them fixed because they were chipping and they didn't want to fix my nail free of charge and persisted that it was just my nail that made the shellac paint chip. That makes no sense at all. I strongly do not recommend this place. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

To start off I have to say everyone else in this salon is wonderful!! But if you're looking forward to getting your nails done here PLEASE do not get them done with Cindy. She's the roughest manicurist I've encountered. If you ask her to do something specific she won't listen, and/or get an attitude. She seems like she doesn't have experience what so ever. Everyone in the salon would come by her while she did my nails I guess checking, making she was doing ok. She used the little machine thing on my nail and burned the living heck out of it!!!!! 2nd, I told her I wanted coffin shaped and she gave me a regular square. 3rd she only did 2 coats when it was obvious it needed more than 2. I asked her if she could do more and got an attitude over it. Lastly she was expecting a tip from me!! RIDICULOUS!!!! If I'm paying $40 for a full set I want what every penny is worth!!!!!!! I'm so dissatisfied at the service I received here. I don't recommend anyone going here when they are busy unless you want a rushed pedicure/nail set. I went in on a Friday about 3pm and when I arrived they weren't too busy but about 10 mins after the traffic increased and so did the speed of my nail tech. I was receiving a pedicure at the same time as a dip powder service and it was the worst nail set I've ever received and I mean the rush she was definitely showed on my nails. Both services were rushed because they did not have enough tech for the flow of traffic coming in. Not to mention she completely missed a whole step on my dip powder and she filed my natural nail down so much to remove my last set (she was too much in a hurry to let the acetone sit in foil & do its job and remove it) instead she decided to file it off and ruined my natural nail bed ..it's still healing to this day! read more
