They went above and beyond. Not only did they get into every nook and cranny, but the house smelled freshly cleaned before we even walked through the doors. Floors? Immaculate. Windows? Sparkling. Countertops and major appliances? Spotless. They even cleaned our front and back doors! (I didn't even know that was on the menu.) But.. what really blew me away? I went to use our air fryer later that night... and they had cleaned the inside of it. That's when I knew they didn't miss a single detail (they also found some random chap sticks we thought the dryer had eaten.) They exceeded every expectation I had. My husband was furloughed and I was afraid we were going to have to go without having service but they were so amazing to us. They were willing to still come out and told us to pay when we could. Even though we did not take them up on their offer we still made sure that we could have them come clean for us as there are some luxuries in life I am not willing to give up. I found this company on a local Facebook page, I messaged them and got a response right away. I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath and a little under 2,000 sqft house.. their prices are VERY reasonable! I booked them and 2 very friendly ladies showed up on time. Took about 6 hrs to deep clean my whole house. Once I returned the house was soo clean! I'm sad that it took me this long to hire them but I'm glad I did. With the holidays coming up I wanted to make sure my house was nice and clean for all our family gatherings !! First and foremost they were on time & very responsive, even during the cleaning I was asked by owner how it was going. I have never had any type of "deep" clean before. My house is really well kept. I do my own "deep" clean weekly, but even then they got things I wouldnt even imagine. They did an amazing job, i am really happy with there work, and looking to maybe hiring them for a monthly service. We have a 2 story home Over 2000 sq ft. So of course it's not a one man job, witch is why I needed the help. The moment I meant them I felt comfortable, it is also our job to make sure they feel welcome. If you want surface cleaning then they are okay. They have to be continually reminded of things that need to be paid attention to. They are extremely defensive and quick to give excuses. I gave them several chances and the final straw was when they as much as called me a liar when I brought to their attention that I discovered that there was a new stain on my floor after they were here for cleaning. They did not offer any credit or other compensation. I am sorry it didn't work out because the technicians are nice but I can't continually just settle for less than adequate service. read more

I was recommended M&L Cleaning Services through the Nextdoor app on my phone. First off, I like the fact that they are local to the Anaverde community. They responded quickly and professionally to schedule a deep cleaning of my house. We really needed some extra help, working long hours we just don't have the time to do a thorough job. M&L sent a team of 3 nice cleaning ladies and all I had to do was show them the rooms to clean and they did the rest without hesitation. They truly put in the effort and gave our house the much needed TLC. Everything is so fresh and tidy now. The rate was far and the work was great! I was looking for a cleaning service in the Lancaster area and I was recommended to M&L Cleaning Services. Right from the start they were very professional. I received a call back the same day. An appointment was set and they came to provide me with a reasonable estimate. Once the day was set, they contacted me beforehand to confirm. During the time they were at my house (I was at work) they kept me in the loop with their progress. Upon arriving, my house looked and smelled wonderful. They walked me through the house to see if I was satisfied with the work performed. Needless to say I am contracting them for a bi-weekly service. I reached out to M&L Cleaning Services because I needed new cleaners. We decided on a date and time. I was charged 400.00 cash for the initial cleaning which I thought was steep and we also agreed on 165.00 for biweekly cleaning and he had originally wanted 180.00 and I said I couldn't pay that much. I do have a two story, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. They came and did a good job cleaning but didn't empty two garbage cans. I was satisfied and looking forward to the biweekly cleanings until he wanted me to leave a review. I said, I would once they were coming regularly and I could get a real feel as to how they'd do. This is not a restaurant and I wanted to leave a realistic, honest review of their services. Steve, the owner got quite nasty on Facebook messenger when I didn't want to leave a review right away. He told me that if I didn't leave review then maybe he wouldn't come back and if I didn't leave a review, he had many other clients who would! I immediately told him, I won't be having him back and blocked him. Since when is threatening clients acceptable when I'm paying for a service? I'm quite shocked by his behavior when his staff did such a great job. I did ask if they were licensed and bonded and were told yes but I didn't ask to see it. My mistake and I learned from this experience. Be cautious with these folks. read more
