Cleaning crew left a little bit ago....I didn't expect a crazy thorough deep clean but for $170 I expected regular stuff to be pretty clean. Don't get me wrong, the house is clean and smells good so not all bad or anything. We'll probably shop around for a different service next time & see what else is out there. A few normal cleaning spots weren't touched or half-assed ‍ Crumbs on the kitchen counter is kind of a dead giveaway the countertops weren't thoroughly clean which is the most basic cleaning service in the house. read more

They declined to clean for me after coming twice. The first time they broke a picture frame and a vintage knickknack doll. Then the lady misplaced by blender blade. The next day I notice the knob of my oven was loose and falling off. I had to search for another one. I went to the store where I purchased the stove I made phone calls I searched the internet until I found a reasonable priced knob. I could have gotten the $105.00 knob and be done. But I thought that was way too much. I was very gracious to this company. When I asked when they could come back, He had the nerve to tell me " that I should look for another company that would fit me" Oh my goodness what type of business are they doing. Beware of your things! They may get broke or missing or left broken with no notice. How sad. read more

Used their service for a while. Typically 1 English speaker who did the translating and a couple ladies who only spoke Spanish. It was okay for the most part except cleaning crew would continuously change and we had to tell to keep telling them how to clean certain items and which products to use on which surfaces And after each cleaning, we'd typically find a few items they neglected e.g. sink not cleaned, floors not mopped, trash dumped in recycle bin, etc. Again, not perfect, but okay. A couple visits ago, the usual lead guy/English speaker, Marcial, was replaced by a younger cleaner. After the first visit with the new crew, we found several areas that were missed. Then the second time they came, the first thing the lead cleaner did after he came in was to ask if he could use the bathroom. I said sure thinking he had to urinate, but he proceeded to take a massive dump, clog up the toilet, and then I could hear him trying to unclog it. Afterwards he laughed it up with rest of the crew. I realize emergencies do arise, but I'm not paying you to come to my house to use the bathroom. They parked in my driveway and waited about 10 minutes before they rang the doorbell so he had plenty of time to take care of it beforehand. And there are 3 Starbucks within about a mile of my house. I called the company and and let them know what happened, but was put off by their cavalier attitude. This company is amazing. We have been using them for almost a year now and they never disappoint. They are always on time, reasonably priced and are very fast and efficient while also being thorough. My very social 3 1/2-year-old loves them. They are so friendly and if we happen to be home during their visit they will always make the time to humor her and engage is conversation.
