Needless to say last month we were buying my birthday gift and we were told an ID would be fine (we normally facetime and it was fine) but not this time. I even had multiple other items that I had planned on buying as well. I got a very unprofessional email from the manager which I will not speak on. She said everything I needed to hear and expressed about the prior workers who did not follow protocol. My child did not receive what she wanted. Which is okay we went straight to Kendra Scott's website and also got an extra discount and we will be ordering from them directly. I like supporting small businesses, but again this is why unfortunately a lot of people are not and are ordering online. Good riddance, and thank you again for putting the classless email I have with everything you stated. WE WON'T BE BACK.

For the past few months, they have had a 1/2 off all clothing sale and they even have a $0.50 rack. On the right side, there are two rooms full of clothing and shoes, mostly womens, but also children's and mens. On the other side are collector and handmade items as well as books and a few toys/games. If you make it there before 11 AM, they also have a "bargain room" & "holiday room" open on the other side of the school building. The ONLY downside is that they rely on mostly donations, so inventory is a little slower than some of the other thrift stores in the area that receive more donations, but I still manage to visit at least once or twice a month and find some neat items! Most, if not all, the workers are volunteers and every one I have come in contact with are incredibly sweet. Many of them make quilts and handmade items that are put up for sale or raffle inside the store. Definitely worth checking out!

Miss Beverly knew I had lost 99% of my books and cards and some of my miniatures had been stepped on because they floated around the house. And the Friday before she told me to stick around and offered me a discount on the books I felt like replacing....being soft hearted as I am I cried and she gave me a hug and told me she was going to help me. I came in Friday and looked on the new stuff shelf like I always do, and when I got to the counter, I started to ask her for 2 of the books I had set aside to buy. She said I got 2 problems, first the discount I told you last week, Terry said it wasn't good enough and doubled it. And second I talked to Games-Workshop and they have given you money to help replace your books and the miniatures you lost....."
