I would give ZERO stars if I could…read more I ordered $100 worth of flowers for my mom for Easter and selected the option for the florist to pick their flowers as I didn't want to order anything that was out if season. When they arrived they were beautiful. Then, less than 4 days later they were dead. I left them 2 voice messages without a response. When I finally spoke with someone (she said she was the owner), she sounded like she never heard about my issue. I told her what happened and she blamed the flowers dying early on excessive heat. She said the flowers should have lasted for 2 weeks. I assured her these flowers were in a temperature controlled environment and not near/on anything hot. I would have asked for another delivery but the fact that she clearly has less than the average customer service and florist skills, I asked for my money back. She said she couldn't give 100% back and offered 50%. That's not acceptable to me considering the flowers didn't last for 50% of what SHE said they should have lasted. I asked if she could offer more and she declined. I told her I'd have no choice but to dispute it on my credit card which is when she hung up on me. Unfortunately, I ordered these online and did not directly order thru this company. Had I seen the other reviews on Yelp, I would have never ordered from this company. Save your money and frustration and go somewhere else.

When the young lady worker walked in I tried asking her my question, she clearly saw me trying to talk to her but brushed me off/ignored me and instead went out to meet a food delivery driver for her milkshakes or sodas. She then went and helped two other people before allowing me to ask my question, even then I was met with a dismissive attitude. Young lady told me "we don't have those this time of year" as if I should have known that. I have never had plants before. Didn't even recommend anything similar to what I was looking for so I left and I won't be coming back.
