They did offer to fix it but I had lost so much hair I was hair of potentially losing more by going back. I recommend not going here so this doesn't happen to you.

This past time, I was given someone other than my usual girl (Trainee, who is WONDERFUL), and his name is Vincent. Let me tell you, Vincent was phenomenal! An absolute perfectionist, he hand-mixed my acrylic powder to match my skin, expertly shaped and filed my nails, and nailed the design I was wanting, down to the last details. I am a regular customer at M&M Nails. I've had several different employees do manicures and pedicures for me, they've all been very careful with their work and polishing. I've been to many other salons that do not take their time and do a good job with polishing. They do have some employees that have difficulty with the English language, but there is always someone there that speaks good English. I've also had haircuts there and been totally satisfied. read more

Make sure you all how much before you have them do anything. My fill was supposed to be$40 ans ended up being $60. The guy was on his phone most of the appointment. My nails are not the same width. He put the oil on at the end and just left them for me to rub in. Did as little as possible and not friendly. It was my first and last time going there. Very disappointing read more

At my last appointment (March 17), I told "John" that my fingers were sore. I was told it was just dry skin. Unfortunately, my condition worsened, and after seeing both my primary care doctor and a dermatologist, I was diagnosed with a nail fungal infection. I've since had to spend hundreds of dollars trying to correct the issue and have been prescribed medication that is known to be hard on the liver, which is not something to take lightly. On top of that, I've dealt with the embarrassment of how my nails looked. The most disappointing part has been how this was handled. I requested John's license number and the salon's liability insurance information, and Lisa and her husband refused to provide either. If you're considering this salon, I would proceed with caution. There are plenty of other nail salons nearby that prioritize client safety and transparency.
