Long story short NOBODY had a rim that fit, and no welder was available that day. We thought we may be spending a weekend or more waiting for repairs. Art and Big Brand Tire was the ONLY facility that helped us. While he couldn't replace the rim that day Art went out of his way to give us a temporary fix that would get us safely back home. At the present time on 11/12/25, I went and passed by Roscoe's, they were still closed. I can respect this is a family emergency occurring, I get that. This is the third week and the business of Roscoe's Tire has not been opened. When the Rick Melton and his son Marcus ran the business, they did an outstanding job for customers and the community. When the Melton family sold the business, I thought let's give the new owner a chance to continue Roscoe's legacy... I am very disappointed. They are the only place I go to and trust their jobs done... So far, they could lose money every business day when it's not open on their Monday-Friday schedule... I sent my husband in to get air pressure checked on my tires they checked and aired up one tire! On another note, We purchased $4500 worth of rims and tires JNC rims to be exact they're terrible. They were advertised as chrome and they are not. They are aluminum with a clear coat on there so when you clean them, it wipes right off false advertisement! They've switched owners so many times it's pitiful and the staff is never the same when you go back in there!

She also told us that the bolt on the tire was broken and ordered a new bolt. Turned out she ordered the wrong size. And then later they realize my bolt was never broken in the first place! They also took the spare tire off for no reason and then had to put it back on again and yet Liz made some inappropriate comments and even yelled at one point about how she's been more than patient meanwhile they're the ones wasting our time. Make it make sense.
